A brand new Geode just dropped in Abyss, and it gives us some new Artifacts with it. The Coconut Geode is the latest addition to the game, dropping with the Jungle biome, and if you want to get your hands on it, you need to know exactly where to fish. How to Get the Coconut Geode in Abyss
The Coconut Geode is a new type of Geode added to Abyss. It holds 6 Artifacts in total, one of them being a secret Artifact.
To get the Coconut Geode, you need to fish in the Sunken Wilds, which is located underneath the Spirit Roots. This is a new sub-biome that was dropped during the Jungle update. If you have not explored down there yet, now is a good reason to go.
Here is how to catch it step by step:
- Head to the Sunken Wilds area and start your regular fishing using any harpoon you have.
- During the catching minigame, watch for a treasure box to appear.
- Keep your progress bar on top of the treasure box to hook the Geode.
- Finish the minigame to successfully catch the Coconut Geode.
Also, the deeper the area, the harder and more expensive the Geodes tend to get. The Coconut Geode follows this pattern, coming from one of the deepest spots in the game. So do not get discouraged if it takes a few tries, because this mystery box does not appear every single time. Just keep fishing, and it will show up eventually.
All Artifacts in the Coconut Geode
The Coconut Geode contains 6 Artifacts. Just like the other Geodes in the game, you get it through fishing and crack it open by going to Virelia, the NPC near the Kraken in Forgotten Deep Dome. You will need to pay a small fee and wait a bit for a random Artifact to pop out.
Once you crack the Geode open, you will get one random Artifact from the pool, so there is always a bit of luck involved. Here are the six items available inside it:

Is the Coconut Geode Worth It?
Since it is the newest Geode and comes from the deepest accessible area in the game right now, the Coconut Geode is absolutely worth chasing. Having 6 new Artifacts plus a secret one means there is a good chance some of these will be strong picks for your build. Plus, this geode is definitely going to be needed for completing some quests from NPCs.
