Account and Compliance Manager

Position Overview:
We are seeking a versatile and proactive individual to join our team. Your role would involve working with the CA and finance head to ensure timely payments of salaries/GST/TDS returns, maintaining P/L, Balance Sheet, and doing the bank reconciliation & ITR, along with handling administrative and PR duties.
Key Responsibilities
- Compliance: End-to-end management of GST filings, TDS deductions, and monthly/quarterly tax compliance.
- Payroll & Ops: Managing monthly payroll for a team of 20, including reimbursements and contractor payments.
- Cash Flow Management: Tracking accounts receivable (invoices/IOs) and managing vendor payables (PayPal/Payoneer/Bank).
Requirements:
- Only apply if you have proven experience handling tax compliance (GST/TDS) and payroll.
- Proficiency in Tally, Zoho Books, or similar accounting software.
Experience: 1-2 years of accounting in a CA firm.
Location: Noida (On-site)
