To claim the Platinum trophy in Assassin's Creed Black Flag Resynced, you need to complete all other achievements. Once you have completed everything, the Platinum trophy will automatically unlock.
Start with the story sequences first, since trophies like Ever A Splinter and In A World Without Gold are tied to specific memories you can't skip. From there, shift focus to your ship.
