You can obtain Admin Brainrots only by opening Admin Crates. The developers grant them as free rewards during the Admin Abuse event. Currently, only three Admin Crates exist: Magia, Dojo, and i2Perfect. Each crate offers an Admin Brainrot. Here are the details:

Keep an eye on the game’s update schedule every Saturday to see if new weather events or limited-time spawns are available. Some creatures like Malamé Amaralé offer massive 625% bonuses, making them incredibly valuable for progression.
The rebirth system adds another layer of complexity, with Brainrots like Boneca Ambalabu (Rebirth 1) all the way up to Tukanno Bananno (Rebirth 5). These special versions are much more powerful than their regular counterparts and often have completely different abilities.
