The 4th of July event is the highlight of Build a Ring Farm's ninth update. It introduces a brand new NPC, a limited pet, and a full quest chain with holiday-exclusive rewards. If you've been logging in casually, now is a great time to be a little more active. These items won't stick around after the event ends.
Where to Find Uncle Sam in Build a Ring Farm
Uncle Sam is the new NPC added for this event. You can find him standing right beside the new Pet Mutation Machine, which also dropped in Update 9. Walk up to him and interact to kick off his quest chain. He has five quests lined up for you.
Uncle Sam's Quests and Rewards

The Firecracker Marigold Seed is a holiday-exclusive crop you can only get through Uncle Sam's quest. The Liberty Spray is the same deal, and it can give you a new mutation to your plants. If you want to collect everything the event offers, you will want to work through all the quests before time runs out.
How to Get Through 4th of July Event Quest Faster
Quest 1 asks you to harvest 2,500 crops, which feels like a grind at first. The best way to handle it is to fill up every ring slot before you log off so your crops are ready when you come back. Fast-growing crops make this a lot easier.
For Quest 2 and Quest 3, you need to apply 10 sprays and 25 fertilizers. In Build a Ring Farm, there is a rainy weather event that always drops many fertilizers and sprays for free. You need to join these events and claim all of the rewards. Then, apply them to crops you're actively growing so you're not burning resources for nothing.
Quest 4 needs you to finish 10 contracts. Contracts refresh every time you complete one. So the smartest move is to check in regularly and clear them as they pop up. Go for the shorter contracts first, so you're not stuck waiting on one long timer while the others pile up.
Limited 4th of July Pet in Build a Ring Farm
Update 9 also snuck in a new exclusive pet called the Bald Eagle. It's only available for this week, and once the event ends, it's gone. The Bald Eagle costs 249 Robux, and its ability hasn't been revealed yet.
Even without knowing the exact ability, this pet is one of those event-only collectibles that tends to have value just from being rare. If you're someone who enjoys collecting limited pets or wants to stand out in the game, 249 Robux isn't a bad ask for something this exclusive.
