The bee event in Build a Ring Farm is one of those things that sounds simple when you try it for the first time, but there's actually a smart way to set things up that makes a huge difference. This new event is pretty huge, and there is a lot of stuff happening inside it. Here's everything you need to know about Build a Ring Farm Bee Event.
Build a Ring Farm Bee Event Guide
At its core, the bee event gives you a whole new system to work with on top of your regular farm. You collect bees, place them inside your hive, and they go to work automatically. They fly around your farm, pick up Nectar, and once they're full, they head back to the hive and turn that Nectar into Honey.
Honey is basically your event currency for this event. You'll spend it on new bees, hive improvements, and items from the Bee Merchant, who hangs out right in the center of the map. So the faster your bees produce Honey, the faster you progress.
And it's not just Honey either. Each bee you place gives your farm a specific boost while it's out flying. Different bees offer different bonuses, so over time, the right bees can actually improve how your crops grow, too.
How the Nectar and Honey in Build a Ring Farm
Each bee has its own Nectar bar that fills up as it flies around your farm. Once the bar hits full, the bee heads back to the hive automatically and converts what it collected into Honey. Then it heads back out and starts the process again.
This whole cycle happens on its own, which is great. You don't need to manage it. You just place your bees, build your ring farm, and let the system run. The more bees you have placed and the better your layout, the faster Honey builds up.
The amount of Honey a bee produces is tied to how much Nectar it brings back, and that can be improved over time by upgrading your bees. Stronger bees collect more efficiently, which means more Honey per trip.
Make sure your ring farm is fully filled with crops. This works well because bees fly out from the hive in different directions, allowing them to reach crops faster and spend more time collecting Nectar instead of traveling over empty space.
The Bee Rolling Station Explained
Once you've got Honey to spend, the Bee Rolling Station is one of your main stops. You spend Honey here to roll for new bees, and each roll gives you a random one. If you get a bee you already own, you've got two options:
- You can use that duplicate to upgrade your existing version of that bee, which makes it stronger and more productive.
- You can sell the duplicate back for some Honey if you'd rather keep the currency flowing.
Upgrading is usually the smarter play. A higher-level bee completes its Nectar cycle faster and produces more Honey overall, which compounds over time. But if you're trying to unlock something specific from the Bee Merchant and need Honey fast, selling duplicates is a valid choice too.
You can start the event by talking to the Beekeeper NPC just in front of your garden. He will give you one Worker Bee for free. It's a good starter bee that shows you exactly how the system works before you start rolling for others.
Build a Ring Farm Bee Merchant
The Bee Merchant is set up right in the center of the map, so you'll walk past them regularly just going about your farm. They offer rewards that you buy with Honey, ranging from bees and useful farm items to event-exclusive bonuses.
What you should really pay attention to, though, is permanent bees. Some of these are tied to progress milestones in the event. If you meet the conditions, you unlock a bee that sticks with you permanently, even after the event wraps up. These are among the most valuable things you can earn, so it's worth checking what the unlock requirements are and actively working toward them.
Build a Ring Farm Honey Harvest Event
The Honey Harvest Event adds a community-wide goal on top of everything else happening in the Bee Event. Instead of just focusing on your own farm, the entire player base is working together toward a shared Honey total while you also chase your own personal milestones on the side.
There are two separate tracks running at the same time:
Community Track
The Community Track has a combined target of 125 trillion Honey across all players. Every bit of Honey you produce counts toward the total, and once the server hits each milestone, everyone gets the reward.

Personal Track
The Personal Track runs independently from the community goal. Here you're collecting Honey on your own farm and hitting individual milestones for your own set of rewards. The total to reach the final reward is 600,000 Honey, which is very achievable if you've got a solid hive setup running.

How to Get Honey Faster in Build a Ring Farm
Getting more Honey is pretty simple once you know what to focus on:
- Fill your hive first. Bees sitting in your inventory don't make Honey. Place every bee you can in your hive.
- Use duplicates for upgrades. Upgrading bees is usually better than selling them for a small amount of Honey.
- Buy hive upgrades early. These upgrades can let you hold more bees, make them work faster, or increase Honey production.
- Visit the Bee Merchant often. The shop sells special items and rewards that can be very useful during the event.
The Bee Event in Build a Ring Farm is much easier when your farm is set up properly. A filled ring farm around your hive is important and can help you earn more Honey without spending anything. Combine that with rolls at the Bee Rolling Station, regular bee upgrades, and frequent visits to the Bee Merchant, and you'll be able to progress through the event much faster.
