In the eighth update of Build a Ring Farm, there's a whole new Skill Tree system that can seriously boost your earnings, your luck, and how fast your farm grows. And yet, a lot of players either don't know it exists or aren't sure how to use it. Let me walk you through everything with this Build a Ring Farm Skill Tree guide. Check it out!

How to Unlock the Skill Tree in Build a Ring Farm

Before you can even touch the Skill Tree, you need to unlock Floor 3 first. That's the one requirement. Once you've done that, you'll see a Huge Tree appear in the area in front of your plot. Click on it, and you'll get access to the Skill Tree interface.

Build a Ring Farm Skill Tree

Inside, you'll find two sections:

  • Farm - Farm skills are all about improving your crops and your plot's income.
  • Player - Player skills reward you for doing things like attending events, hatching pets, and completing contracts.

Both sides are worth unlocking, but they have different objectives and different kinds of rewards. So even by just playing the game, you will keep on building both the paths, where each one makes your Build a Ring Farm experience more profitable in a different way.

Which Skill Tree Path Should You Unlock First?

If you're more of an event-focused player, go Farm skills first. If you love pets and contracts, flip the order and hit the Player side early. The good news is that both sides complement each other, so unlocking everything eventually is the goal.

The Skill Tree in Ring Farm is one of those features that quietly makes a big difference. It doesn't feel flashy at first, but once those boosts start stacking with better seeds, better composter luck, stronger sprinklers, and higher crop values, you'll wonder how you played without it.

Try to get Floor 3 unlocked, click the Tree, and start working through the objectives. You're not doing extra work here, you're just getting rewarded for what you're already doing.
