Fortnite Reload Elite Stronghold Release Date and Time
Fortnite Reload is getting a brand-new map called Elite Stronghold. It’s part of the Chapter 7 Season 2 rollout and ties into the Elites storyline featuring characters like Daigo, Jules, and Zadie. The map drops alongside Act 2 of the Showdown Rivalry, making it a pretty big content update for Reload players.
This will officially launch on Monday, April 20, 2026, at 6:00 AM PT. Here are the dates and times for different regions:

You Can Get In Early
If you’ve reached Elite Rank or higher in Ranked Reload, you can jump into the map two days early on April 18 from 10 AM to 3 PM PT. Everyone else gets access on April 20 after downtime ends. From April 21 to 23, there will also be Elite Stronghold Test Cups, which are casual tournaments that are open to all players, no rank required.
What’s New in the Loot Pool
Act 2 brings three new weapons tied to the Last Reality, each linked to one of the Elites characters. Zadie gets an energy SMG for close range, Jules carries a marksman rifle for longer fights, and Daigo has the most unique one, a weapon that fires mini Kevin the Cubes. These are expected to unlock through Showdown Rivalry milestones and will appear in both Battle Royale and Reload loot pools.
