World Events in Devil Hunter are special server-wide battles that happen every hour. These events give you a chance to fight other players, win rare rewards, and progress through the game’s ranking system. If you want to move past the Senior Hunter rank, you will need to win these events. In this Devil Hunter World Events guide, I will break down everything about battles, from their schedules, requirements, and rewards.

How to Join and Participate in Devil Hunter World Events?
World Events are large-scale competitions that appear across all servers in Devil Hunter. When an event starts, you will get a pop-up on your screen asking if you want to join. If you click Enter, a countdown timer will start, and you will be teleported to a special arena with other players who also accepted.
These events are different from regular missions you get from NPCs. Instead of fighting AI enemies, you’re competing against real players for prizes. Devil Hunter currently has several World Event types, though not all of them are available yet in the game.

World Events spawn every hour at the top of the hour (xx:00). Make sure you’re logged into the game a few minutes before the hour starts so you don’t miss the event notification. If you miss the popup or decline by accident, you’ll have to wait for the next event in an hour.
All World Events in Devil Hunter
The game currently has five different World Event types. Here’s the full list:
| World Event | Type | Description |
|---|---|---|
| Gauntlet | 2v2 Team Battle | Players split into teams and fight in pairs |
| Free-For-All | TBA | TBA |
| Protect the King | TBA | TBA |
| Capture the Hill | TBA | TBA |
| Gun Devil | TBA | TBA |
From Devil Hunter’s official Trello board, Gauntlet is the only World Event available right now. The other events are planned but not fully available yet.
Note: We will update this section with event informations once they are available in the game.
1. Gauntlet World Event
When you enter the Gauntlet Collosseum venue, the game will split all players into two teams. Then, two players from each team spawn inside an arena for a 2v2 fight. The winning pair stays in the arena while the defeated opponents get replaced by the next teammates in line. This continues until one team runs out of players or the match timer ends. If time runs out, the team with more players left wins the event.

2. Free-For-All World Event

3. Protect the King World Event

4. Capture the Hill World Event

5. Gun Devil World Event

Devil Hunter World Events Rewards
Winning a World Event gives you a random Lootbox. You can open these lootboxes through the Lootbox Menu in the game. Just press N to open up your character’s phone, then click the menu to claim your rewards. The lootboxes contain lots of different items and accessories. You will also get money and XP.

So, beyond the lootbox, winning World Events will help you rank up. This is super important because you need to win events to move past Senior Hunter rank. Completing World Events also finishes the Nomo NPC quest if you have it active.
How to Win
World Events can be tough, especially for new players. These tips will help you do better:
- Get strong gear first. Before joining a World Event, equip your best weapons and weapon skills. It’s even better if you have high weapon proficiency already.
- Play with friends. When the event alert appears, invite friends to join you. Being able to talk and plan together gives a big edge, mainly in team modes like Gauntlet.
- Use the Official Discord. The Devil Hunter Discord server is a good place to find active players. You can ask about upcoming events and build a team before they start.
- Save Clan Rerolls. Some lootboxes give Clan Rerolls and weapons. Use them wisely to get stronger for future events instead of wasting them.
Make sure you’re online at the top of the hour, team up with friends, and bring your best gear before participating in Devil Hunter World Events. Good luck in the arena! If you need more information about this game and its features, you can also check our dedicated Devil Hunter wiki.
