Evolving your Evomons is one of the most important things you can do to stay competitive in Evomon and to do it you are going to need two types of stones: Element Stones and Evolution Stones. This guide focuses specifically on Evolution Stones, where to find them, and how they work when you are ready to evolve.
What Are Evolution Stones in Evomon
Evolution Stones are one of the two required materials for evolving an Evomon alongside Element Stones. Every evolution requires a specific combination of both so you cannot complete an evolution with just one type. Evolution Stones are separate from Element Stones and cannot substitute for them the way Omni Stones can. You need to collect them deliberately from the sources listed below.
How to Get Evolution Stones in Evomon
Summon Ruins
Head to the Summon Ruins islands which are divided into Summon Ruins 1, 2, and 3. Use Summon Kits to spawn bosses and defeat them for Exchange tickets. Once you reach level 31 an Exchange Merchant also becomes accessible here where you can spend Exchange Tickets earned from defeating Summon Bosses to purchase Evolution Stones directly.
Ascent Tower
Unlock the Ascent Tower at Player Level 28 and clear floors to earn Evolution Stones as rewards. This is a consistent source for players who have reached that level milestone and enjoy the challenge content.

Traveling Merchant
The Traveling Merchant is a roaming NPC that changes location every hour and sometimes sells Evolution Stones for Coins. It is announced in chat when it spawns. Always check what it has in stock when you come across it since its inventory varies.
Battle Pass
Both the free and paid tiers of the Battle Pass include Evolution Stones as rewards at certain milestones. The paid Battle Pass costs 599 Robux and unlocks additional tiers with more Evolution Stone rewards. Grinding through even the free tier is worth doing since the stones you earn passively add up over time.

Level Rewards
As you level up your account there are specific tiers tied to Evolution Stone rewards. Level Rewards also have a free and paid track with the paid version costing 499 Robux and unlocking additional reward tiers. Check your current level rewards regularly and claim Evolution Stones as soon as they become available.

Daily Pack
Evolution Stones can also be obtained through the Daily Pack but this option requires Robux to purchase. If you have some to spare and need stones quickly it is an option worth considering though the farming methods above will cover you without spending anything.

How to Use Evolution Stones
To use Evolution Stones open the Evomon menu and select the Evomon you want to evolve. Press the evolve button and you will see the required materials listed including how many Evolution Stones and which Element Stones you need. If you have everything required press the evolve button to complete it. Make sure your Evomon has reached the required evolution level before attempting this or the option will not be available.

Should You Save Evolution Stones
Yes. Evolution Stones are not something you want to spend carelessly. Since they are required for every evolution alongside Element Stones you always want to have a reasonable supply on hand for when you are ready to push your strongest Evomons forward. Prioritise evolving Evomons that you plan to keep on your team long term rather than spending stones on ones you might replace later. For more guides check out our Evomon wiki.
