The legendary Leviathan is now catchable in Fish It through a brand new quest system at the Pirate Cove. This massive fish has a rarity of 1 in 5 million, but you no longer need to wait for random events. How to Find Leviathan’s Den in Fish It
First, you need 1 million gold to purchase the Advanced Diving Gear from the Pirate Cove POI. This gear lets you dive to depths that normal equipment can’t reach. Head to the right side of Fisherman Island to find Pirate Cove. Walk to the back area and buy the Advanced Diving Gear.
After equipping the gear, you need to break the cave first by using the 4 TNTs that the Carpenter NPC asked you to do. Once you’ve done it, you can dive and start to descend 200 meters to reach the Secret Passage, where the Leviathan questline begins.
Required Items for Leviathan Hunt in Fish It
Once you reach the Secret Passage, you will meet a new NPC called the Archeologist. He will give you a new NPC quest before you can access the Leviathan’s Den and start the Leviathan Hunt. Here are the quests and required items:

The Leviathan Scale is the most important item. You can only obtain one per day from the daily quest in Crystal Depths, which means you can only attempt the Leviathan hunt once every 24 hours.
Now, after you get the Leviathan Scale, you will need to collect three relics for the Forgotten Scale Quest from the Archeologist NPC, that appear at different islands:

They’re pretty easy to find, though, because every time you reach the island, arrows will appear on your screen pointing to each stone location. You need to collect all three stones quickly because other players might be trying to hunt Leviathan too. Use your fastest boat and take the most direct routes between islands.
Multiple players can work together on the same hunt. One person can sail to Lost Isle while another heads to Tropical Island. This splits the work and makes the collection much faster.
How to Open Leviathan’s Den in Fish It
Once you have all three relics, bring them back to the Archeologist NPC. Talk to him and turn in your three relics plus your Leviathan Scale. The cave door will open automatically.
Here’s something important: only one player needs to complete the quest to open the door for everyone on that server. If you’re playing with friends, coordinate your efforts. When the door opens, everyone nearby can enter the cave and fish for Leviathan.
How to Get Leviathan in Fish It
Inside the den, cast your fishing rods into the special fishing spot. The Leviathan has a rarity of 1 in 5 million catches, so you might spend hours and hours fishing without seeing one.
Bring your absolute best fishing setup. Use your best rod, activate all luck-boosting fish fry items, equip the best bobber, and apply an enchantment, too. This is your one chance per day, so make every cast count.
Once someone catches a Leviathan in the cave, the door automatically closes. Only one Leviathan can be caught per cave opening. You’re competing with everyone else who entered. If another player hooks it first, the cave closes, and you’ll need to wait until the next day.
New Leviathan Rage Mutation
This update makes the Leviathan Rage mutation much easier to obtain. Spend time fishing in Crystal Depths and check your inventory regularly. You might already have several Leviathan Rage mutations without realizing it. These mutations can be traded or used to unlock special boats and other rewards.
