Countdown to Fish It Trading Update

The Trading Update is almost here. Use this time to go through your inventory and figure out which rod skins, boats, emotes, or bobber skins you want to trade away and which ones you're hunting for. The more prepared you are, the better deals you'll make when trading opens. Here is the countdown timer:

Use the time before the timer hits zero to reach level 20 if you haven't already, since that's the requirement to access the Trade Hub.

What to Expect

This update completely changes how you collect items in Fish It. Here's everything that's coming:

Fish It Trading Update

  • Trade Hub – A new location that unlocks at level 20, where you can trade with other players. This is your main trading area.
  • Rod Skin Trading – Swap fishing rod cosmetics with other players.
  • Boat Trading – Exchange boats you don't use for ones you actually want.
  • Emote Trading – Trade emotes to complete your collection or get rid of duplicates.
  • Fish Trading - Trade the fish you missed!
  • Bobber Skin Trading – Swap bobber cosmetics with other players.
  • Small Underwater City Expansion – New areas added to the underwater city location.

There is also a 4-hour Mega Luck admin abuse event that starts with the update release, so make sure to log in right away to avoid missing this valuable bonus.

The level 20 requirement means brand-new players can't access trading immediately, which helps prevent scams and keeps the trading economy healthier. If you're below level 20, focus on leveling up before the update drops so you can jump straight into trading when it goes live.
