Microsoft Paint is the most iconic Windows app, having been included in every version of Windows since its inception. While the company did release an improved version of the legacy app—Paint 3D—to serve as a replacement, both apps still come preinstalled on Windows 11. However, your experience while using Paint or Paint 3D could suffer if those apps keep on crashing or fail to open. Below are some fixes you can try if the Paint or Paint 3D app is not working correctly on your Windows 11 PC.
