The Fortnite Endgame LTM is back, and this time it comes with a free reward worth playing for. Epic brought back the iconic Marvel crossover mode, and the return has gotten a lot of players jumping back into OG mode. On top of that, the devs announced that anyone who secures a win in either the Endgame LTM or classic Fortnite OG will walk away with Hope's Drone Glider in Fortnite at no cost.

What Is Hope's Drone Glider in Fortnite?

Hope's Drone Glider is a free cosmetic reward Epic is handing out to players in either Fortnite OG or the OG Endgame LTM. The glider was requested by the community, specifically called out by @pandora_FN on X, and Epic came through with it as a limited-time reward.

How to Earn Hope's Drone Glider in Fortnite for Free

To unlock Hope's Drone Glider, you need to get a Victory Royale in one of two modes:

  • Fortnite OG (classic battle royale format)
  • The OG Endgame LTM

The deadline is April 7th, 2026, at 5 AM PT/8 AM ET. One win is all it takes, regardless of which mode you pick or which side you're on in the LTM. Moreover, Epic has confirmed that any Endgame win you got before the glider was officially announced still counts toward the reward. You don't need to grind another match if you already have a win locked in.

However, don't get scared if the glider doesn't show up in your locker right away. Epic has said it will be distributed to eligible players sometime the following week after the event ends. So don't panic if you win and don't see it immediately.

How Fortnite Endgame LTM Works

If you're jumping into the Endgame LTM specifically, here's a quick breakdown of how it plays out. Players are split into two teams at the start of every match:

TeamGoalStarting Loadout
AvengersDefend the Infinity StonesCaptain America's Shield, Iron Man's Combat Kit
ChitauriCollect the Infinity Stones and power up ThanosLaser Rifle, Energy Launcher

The Avengers are on defense. Your job is to stop the Chitauri from getting all the Infinity Stones. The Chitauri win by collecting every stone and fully powering up Thanos. Both sides have a clear win condition, and it doesn't matter which team you're on. A win on either side counts toward the glider.

Tips for Winning the Endgame LTM

Winning in the Endgame LTM comes down to how well your team plays together. Here are a few things that help:

  • If you're on the Avengers side, stick close to the Infinity Stones and don't wander too far. The Chitauri will push in from multiple angles, so holding a position near a stone is better than getting kills.
  • If you're on the Chitauri side, coordinate with teammates before rushing a stone. Spreading out makes it easier to grab stones that are less defended.

If the LTM isn't your thing, regular Fortnite OG also qualifies for Hope's Drone Glider reward. OG mode plays like classic Fortnite with the old map and original mechanics, so it's a good pick if you prefer a more familiar format. Play whichever one you're more comfortable with, and good luck!
