Fortnite is going full VTuber mode again, and this time, Hoshimachi Suisei from Hololive is joining the island. Following the Kizuna AI collab earlier this season, Epic Games is doubling down on virtual talent, and Suisei is bringing a full "Comet" themed set with her. Here is everything you need to know about how to get Hoshimachi Suisei skin in Fortnite before she drops this week.
Who Is Hoshimachi Suisei?
If you're not deep into the VTuber world, Suisei is one of the biggest names in the Hololive agency. She is a chart-topping singer with massive hits like "Stellar Stellar" and "Bibbidiba," and she is also very famous for her terrifying Tetris skills, which earned her the nickname "God of Tetris" in her community.
She will be the next Icon Series, which is the category for real-world and virtual figures who have made a genuine cultural impact in the world.
When Is Hoshimachi Suisei Coming to Fortnite?
The Suisei bundle goes live in the Fortnite Item Shop on March 12th, 2026. You will be able to use her cosmetics across Battle Royale, LEGO Fortnite, and Fortnite Festival. Like most Icon Series drops, this set will not stay in the shop indefinitely, so make sure your V-Bucks are ready before she leaves.
What's Included in Fortnite Hoshimachi Suisei Skin Bundle
The collab won't be just a single skin drop. Mostly, the Icon Series bundle will include back bling, pickaxe, emote, and wraps. However, so far, only Suisei's Penlight Mic and emote have been teased by leakers.
The outfit for Suise's skin was designed by Teshima Nari, her official character designer, and features her signature blue hair and idol stage attire. The full bundle will cost you 3,000 V-Bucks with a total of 9 items inside:

This collab also comes off the back of the Kizuna AI drop, so we can see that Epic is starting to build a bigger strategy around the VTuber space, especially as they look to grow Fortnite's reach in the Japanese market.
