Walk up and interact with him to trigger the hidden quest Wish for a Speedy Recovery and collect your 10,000 XP reward.

The reward is a one-time unlock so you only need to complete it once across all your matches. It takes less than a minute if you land directly at Shaken Sanctuary, making it one of the easiest free XP grabs available this season. Shaken Sanctuary is already one of the best drop spots with multiple NPCs nearby, including The Visitor and Rival Hope, so combining the Jonesy visit with a service run makes the stop even more worthwhile.

Jones getting shot was not random. During the Shattered live event, he was the only person who caught a glimpse of Geno's true identity underneath The Visitor's helmet. Geno shot him specifically to keep that secret buried.
