May is here, and you know what that means: it’s Star Wars month! As tradition, Fortnite always celebrates this special occasion with Star Wars-themed content, and this time it comes with a full set of quests and rewards across different game modes. In this guide, you’ll find everything you need to know about the Star Wars Unleash the Force quests and rewards in Fortnite.
What Are the Unleash the Force Quests?
These are special quests inside the new Star Wars games tied to three Creative maps that Epic Games added this year. Each map has four quests, and each quest gives you 10,000 XP. Some quests are available right now, while others unlock on a weekly schedule through late May.
While the rewards listed for each quest only grant experience, the real goal is unlocking the free cosmetics earned by completing sets of Unleash the Force quests.

Bonus Goals and Free Cosmetics
Completing quests unlocks free cosmetics. This is the main goal of doing these tasks. You don't need to buy anything. Just keep completing the quests, and you will automatically receive these freebies:

There's no official end date listed yet, but the Star Wars event is expected to wrap up at the start of June 2026, also following the end of Season 2. That gives you about a month to finish everything, which is plenty of time if you play a few matches a week.
Find and pick a mode you like, and start knocking out those quests. It's only this time that you can get the Shock Trooper Electrostaff Pickaxe for free. Other than these items, you can also get the Carbonite Fishstick backbling for free without even completing quests! May the 4th be with you.
