HoYoverse conducted the Genshin Impact 5.7 livestream on June 6, 2025, and confirmed the upcoming character banners for the update. They announced that the two new characters, Skirk and Dahlia, will both debut in the first half of the patch, along with the former’s signature weapon. Additionally, the developer also revealed the names of the other three 5-star characters who will receive rerun banners in version 5.7.

Genshin Impact 5.7 Banner Schedule
The Genshin Impact 5.7 update will be released worldwide on June 18, 2025, at 11 AM (UTC +8), introducing new characters, weapons, events, and more. As soon as the update goes live, players will be able to experience all the new content and wish on the first half banners featuring Skirk and Emilie.
Let’s look at the complete banner schedule for version 5.7:
First half (June 18, 2025)
Limited-time character banner:
- Skirk: 5-star; Cryo; Sword
- Shenhe: 5-star; Cryo; Polearm
- Dahlia: 4-star; Hydro; Sword
Epitome Invocation weapons banner:
- Azurelight: 5-star; Sword (Skirk’s signature weapon)
- Calamity Queller: 5-star; Polearm (Shenhe’s signature weapon)
Phase 1 of version 5.7 will feature Skirk and Shenhe on the limited-time character banners along with their signature 5-star weapons. While the former is a 5-star Cryo main DPS, the latter is a 5-star Cryo support character dedicated to buffing other units from the same element. Both of them together, paired with other Hydro characters, can make up one amazing team composition.
Furthermore, the latest 4-star Hydro support character, Dahlia, will get a rate-up on Skirk and Shenhe’s gacha banners. He is capable of shielding allies and enabling them to perform Plunge Attacks.

Second half (July 8, 2025)
Limited-time character banner:
- Mavuika: 5-star; Pyro; Claymore
- Emilie: 5-star; Dendro; Polearm
Epitome Invocation weapons banner:
- A Thousand Blazing Suns: 5-star; Claymore (Mavuika’s signature weapon)
- Lumidouce Elegy: 5-star; Polearm (Emilie’s signature weapon)
As for Phase 2 of the update, HoYoverse has announced that the Pyro Archon, Mavuika, and Emilie will become available on the limited-time character banners. The former is an amazing Pyro unit that can fill in the role of a main DPS and sub-DPS. Whereas, the latter is a Dendro sub-DPS who shines in Burning reaction team compositions.
Additionally, the signature 5-star weapons of Mavuika and Emilie will be featured on the Epitome Invocation weapons banner during the second half of the patch.
