Ineffa is considered an upcoming 5-star playable character who will debut in the Genshin Impact 5.8 update. Leaks suggest that she would be an Electro character who wields a Polearm in combat. Moreover, she may be capable of triggering a variant of an existing elemental reaction, called Lunar Electro-Charged. Ahead of her official information reveal, notable leakers Hiragara and Dimbreath leaked Ineffa’s kit and gameplay animations. This article will provide an overview of the leaked information.

Ineffa’s Leaked Gameplay Animations and Abilities in Genshin Impact 5.8
In the X post above, you can see the leaked footage of Ineffa shared by notable leaker Dimbreath. It showcases her party joining animation, idle animations, and gameplay. Let’s discuss each aspect of the upcoming character one by one in conjunction with Hiragara’s leak about her abilities and constellations.
Party Joining
During her party joining animation, Ineffa retracts the Polearm generated by her cybernetic hand back into it and poses.
Idle Animations
In her first idle animation, Ineffa brings her hands together at the front and powers down for a bit. She then reactivates again.
As for the second idle animation, it features Ineffa summoning a vacuum cleaner from her cybernetic hand. She then uses it to clean up the surroundings, after which her hand reverts to normal.
Normal Attacks
When using her Normal and Charged Attacks, Inefa unleashes a Polearm from within her cyborg arm and uses it to perform quick slashes.
Elemental Skill
Ineffa’s Elemental Skill deals AoE Electro DMG to enemies, generates an Electro shield scaling off her ATK, and summons her robotic companion, named Velkhitar, to the field. When Velkhitar is present, it will seek out opponents and deal AoE Electro DMG to them at certain intervals.
Elemental Burst
Upon casting her Elemental Burst, Ineffa uses a Rocket Punch to deal AoE Electro DMG to enemies and summon Velkhitar to the field. If Velkhitar is already present, its location and duration are reset instead.

Ineffa’s Leaked Passive Talents and Constellations in Genshin Impact 5.8
Apart from the above-mentioned abilities, Ineffa’s passive talents and constellations are also an important part of her gameplay. Let’s discuss them as well:
Passive Talents
Here are all of Ineffa’s leaked passive talents:
- When characters in the party trigger the Electro-Charged elemental reaction, it would be converted to the Lunar Electro-Charged reaction when Ineffa is present. The upgraded reaction would deal an increased 0.7% damage to opponents for each 100 ATK that Ineffa has.
- If a Thunderstorm Cloud is present near Velkhitar, it will perform an additional attack dealing damage equal to 80% of Ineffa’s ATK. Furthermore, this damage would be considered as Lunar Electro-Charged damage.
- After using her Elemental Burst, Ineffa will grant her teammates the Parameter Restructuring effect, which increases Ineffa and the active character’s EM based on her ATK.
Constellations
Here are all of Ineffa’s constellations and their effects as per leaks:
- C1: After generating a shield, Ineffa buffs the team’s Lunar Electro-Charged DMG based on her ATK for 20 seconds.
- C2: Upon using her Elemental Burst, Ineffa would apply the Edict of Punishment on a single enemy. When that enemy would be defeated, a shockwave dealing 400% of her ATK as AoE Electro DMG would be unleashed. Moreover, nearby allies would also receive a shield after casting the Burst.
- C3: Elemental Skill level increased by three.
- C4: If a character in the party triggers the Lunar Electro-Charged reaction, five Elemental Energy will be generated.
- C5: Elemental Burst level increased by three.
- C6: When the C1 effect is active, if a Thundercloud strikes an enemy, Ineffa will deal AoE Electro DMG based on 200% of her ATK.
It is important to note that all the information provided above is based on leaks and is subject to change. Readers are advised to take them with a grain of salt.
