Santa Monica Studio has put together a strong cast for God of War Laufey. The game brings back one familiar voice from the Norse saga while adding two new performers to the franchise. We will be updating this article as more God of War Laufey voice cast and characters are confirmed.
God of War Laufey Full Voice Cast
Here is the list of confirmed voice cast and characters from God of War Laufey:

The State of Play showcase also gave us a glimpse at additional characters, including Begtse and Sekhmet, two gods Faye encounters in the Everywhen, though their voice actors have not been announced yet.
Deborah Ann Woll as Laufey (Faye)
Faye has always existed at the edges of the God of War Norse saga, her presence felt through the choices she made long before Kratos and Atreus set out on their journey. God of War Laufey finally puts her front and centre as the main playable character, and Deborah Ann Woll is back to bring her to life.
Woll first took on the role in Ragnarok, where Faye appeared in a more limited capacity, making this a much larger and more demanding performance for both actor and character.
Some of her most well-known work includes:
- True Blood (HBO, 2008–2014) as Jessica Hamby, a performance that earned her a Screen Actors Guild Award nomination.
- Daredevil, The Defenders, and The Punisher as Karen Page across the Marvel Netflix series.
- Escape Room (2019) and its 2021 sequel, both of which performed well commercially.
Jack Quaid as Phranque
Phranque is one of the more unusual characters in God of War history, a cosmic cube who becomes one of Faye's travelling companions inside the Everywhen. Jack Quaid voices him, and this is actually his second appearance in the franchise, having previously voiced Eis in God of War: Sons of Sparta.
The son of Dennis Quaid and Meg Ryan, Jack built his name primarily through television before expanding into film and voice work.
Some of his most recognised credits include:
- The Boys (Amazon Prime Video, 2019–2026) as Hughie Campbell.
- Oppenheimer (2023) as physicist Richard Feynman alongside Christopher Nolan's ensemble cast.
- Scream (2022) as Richie Kirsch.
Perlina Lau as Rue
Rue is an enchanted ribbon guardian whose entire purpose is to keep a powerful sword out of the wrong hands. She crosses paths with Faye early in the game, and the two form a partnership built around that shared goal. Perlina Lau, a Canadian actress, voices her in what marks her first appearance in the God of War universe.
God of War Laufey is coming exclusively to PlayStation 5. No release date has been confirmed yet, but Santa Monica Studio has indicated more details are coming later this year.
