The Google Pixel 10 series is set to launch soon, and leaks have been pouring in continuously. With the Pixel 10‘s leak last week, it’s time for its elder siblings, the Pixel 10 Pro and Pro XL. Battery life has been a strong suit for Pixel phones, and it’s getting another boost this time. A new leak has revealed that the Pixel 10 Pro and Pro XL specifications with bigger batteries than last year.

A new leak courtesy of Android Headlines has revealed details about the Pixel 10 Pro and 10 Pro XL. Starting with the display, the 10 Pro gets a 6.3-inch AMOLED panel while the 10 Pro XL will sport a 6.8-inch one.

Furthermore, both phones will have a 120Hz refresh rate with 3000 nits of peak brightness. You can also expect Corning Gorilla Glass Victus 2 for protection.

Both Pixel 10 phones will be powered by the new Tensor G5 chipsets manufactured by TSMC instead of Samsung. It will be paired with 16GB of RAM.

However, things are different when it comes to storage. The Pixel 10 Pro will be available in more storage options: 128GB, 256GB, 512GB, and 1TB.

However, the 10 Pro XL will be available in just 256GB, 512GB, and 1TB variants, missing out on 128GB. This could pave the way for Google to justify the price hike by getting rid of the base model.

Expect the Same Cameras As Last Year

Cameras have always been the main highlight of Pixel phones. But Google Pixel 10 Pro and Pro XL will sport the same configuration as last year.

This means you can expect a 50MP primary, 48MP ultrawide, and 48MP telephoto with 5x zoom. On the front, there will be a 42MP selfie camera.

Despite having no significant change on the hardware front, Google could introduce new AI-powered camera features. Moreover, both models will get the ability to capture macro images using telephoto and ultrawide-angle lens.

Pixel 10 Pro XL To Offer the Biggest Battery On A Pixel

Coming to battery, the Pixel 10 Pro XL will have the biggest battery on a Pixel to date: 5,200mAh. This is 140mAh bigger than the 9 Pro XL, and there’s 30W fast charging support.

Similarly, the Pixel 10 Pro will sport a 4,870mAh battery, which is 100mAh less than the Pixel 10. With the vapour chamber present on the Pixel 10 Pro and not the Pixel 10, Google could tone down the battery.

Nevertheless, it’s a 170mAh bump compared to its predecessor, the 9 Pro. It is also getting faster charging speeds at 29W, and both Pro models will support 15W Qi-2 wireless charging.

We can expect more details when the phones go official next month. Both phones are set to launch on August 20, 2025, and will go on sale.
