About the Role:
As our dedicated Anime Writer, you will be instrumental in shaping our anime coverage. You will be responsible for creating engaging and informative articles, news, listicles, explainers, and arcs.
Responsibilities:
- Write and publish high-quality, original content related to anime, including news articles, listicles, arcs, features, and opinion pieces.
- Cover a range of anime topics, with a focus on anime like Naruto, One Piece, Jujutsu Kaisen, and Dragon Ball, but with the flexibility to cover other trending anime titles.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest anime news, trending anime series, new seasons, and more.
- Conduct thorough research and fact-checking to ensure accuracy and credibility.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of the anime industry and its culture.
Qualifications:
- Excellent writing and communication skills, with a strong command of grammar and style.
- Proven experience in writing about anime (portfolio or samples required).
- Passion for anime and familiarity with the series mentioned above.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong research and fact-checking skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
