HR Generalist
We are looking for a person with entrepreneur mindset and leadership quality who will work directly with the founder to help us effectively execute our mission & making TechWiser the best independent media house in India. By being a part of the lead HR team, you also nurture the existing team in improving their essential skills and hire the right people for the right job.
Responsibilities
- Create job descriptions
- Research new and effective sources for candidate recruiting
- Screen applicants to evaluate if they meet the position requirements
- Work with management to create and implement an employee management framework
- Work with management to create, and recommend human resource policies
- Assess employee performance and provide guidance to ensure maximum efficiency
- Communicate with outside vendors on behalf of the company
- Handle administrative duties
Apply if you have
- 1 – 2 years of work experience as an admin/HR
- Familiarity with financial and employee management software
- Excellent organization, communication, and leadership skills
- You do not wait for detail instructions and guidelines but believe in taking end-to-end ownership of things
- You are excited to learn new things and do not shy away from going above and beyond the traditional growth paths
- You can quickly adapt to the changing environment and pick up new skills if required to get the job done
- A good understanding of the tech world, especially smartphones, is a big plus.
