HR Generalist

Responsibilities

  • Create job descriptions
  • Research new and effective sources for candidate recruiting
  • Screen applicants to evaluate if they meet the position requirements
  • Work with management to create and implement an employee management framework  
  • Work with management to create, and recommend human resource policies
  • Assess employee performance and provide guidance to ensure maximum efficiency
  • Communicate with outside vendors on behalf of the company
  • Handle administrative duties 

Requirements

  • 1 – 2 years of work experience as an admin/HR
  • Familiarity with financial and employee management software
  • Excellent organization, communication, and multitasking abilities
  • A team player with leadership skills
  • A good understanding of the tech world, especially smartphones, is a big plus.

Location: Noida, Full-time (Onsite)

Salary: Negotiable
