During the Honkai Star Rail 3.4 livestream, HoYoverse revealed the character and Light Cone warp banners coming in version 3.4. They announced that the Chrysos Heir, Phainon, will debut as a new playable character during the first half of the patch alongside his 5-star signature Light Cone, called Thus Burns the Dawn. Furthermore, two new playable characters from the Fate Stay Night: Unlimited Blade Works collab will also become available in the upcoming update. Honkai Star Rail 3.4 Complete Banner Schedule
The Honkai Star Rail 3.4 update will go live globally on July 2, 2025, at 11 AM (UTC +8), and introduce new characters, Light Cones, events, and much more. Furthermore, it will also see the return of several popular 5-star characters, like Sunday, Firefly, and more.

Version 3.4 First Half Banner (June 2, 2025)
Limited-time character warp banner:
- Phainon: 5-star; Physical, Path of Destruction
- Tribbie: 5-star; Quantum, Path of Harmony
- Sunday: 5-star; Imaginary, Path of Harmony
- Sparkle: 5-star; Quantum, Path of Harmony
- March 7th: 4-star; Ice, Path of Preservation
- Tingyun: 4-star; Lightning, Path of Harmony
- Yukong: 4-star; Imaginary, Path of Harmony
Light Cone warp banner:
- Thus Burns the Dawn: 5-star (Phainon’s signature Light Cone)

The Phase 1 banners will introduce Phainon as a playable character and see the rerun banners for the following 5-star characters: Tribbie, Sunday, and Sparkle. The developer also revealed that March 7th, Tingyun, and Yukong will receive a rate-up on the first half banners.

- Jingliu: 5-star; Ice, Path of Destruction
- Blade: 5-star; Wind, Path of Destruction

Light Cone warp banner:
- Whereabouts Should Dreams Rest: 5-star (Firefly’s signature Light Cone)

During the Phase 2 banners, Firefly, Jingliu, and Blade will return to the warp banners as the featured 5-star limited-time characters. Hanya, Lynx, and Luka will also receive a rate-up on their banners.
Fate Stay Night: Unlimited Blade Works Collab Banner (June 11, 2025)
Limited-time collaboration character warp banner:
- Saber: 5-star; Wind, Path of Destruction
- Archer: 5-star; Quantum, Path of Hunt
Light Cone warp banner:
- A Thankless Coronation: 5-star (Saber’s signature Light Cone)

Starting from June 11, 2025, the Fate Stay Night: Unlimited Blade Works collab banners will become available in Honkai Star Rail, offering Saber and Archer as playable characters, along with their signature Light Cones. The banners will be available throughout the 3.4 update and are also likely to remain in the game for some future updates.
