How to Get Honey
First, head to the center of your game world where all the events happen. You’ll see a new area with a big Queen Bee sitting in the middle. Look for an NPC standing next to a machine called the Honey Combpressor. This little guy is who you need to talk to for getting honey.
You need 10kg of fruits with the Pollinated mutation. Regular fruits won’t work – they must have this special mutation that makes them look golden and shiny. When you have enough pollinated fruits, walk up to the Combpressor and select the “Give Plant” option. Make sure you’re holding the pollinated fruit in your inventory first.
After giving 10kg of pollinated fruits, the Honey Combpressor starts working. You’ll need to wait for a few minutes for it to finish processing. There’s no way to speed this up, so be patient. After this, you’ll get 10 honey automatically. You can see how much honey you have in the bottom left corner of your screen.
How to Get Pollinated Fruits Fast
Getting pollinated fruits is the hardest part, but these tips will help you get them much faster.
The smart move is to plant crops that produce really heavy fruits. Since you need 10kg total, having heavier fruits means you need fewer individual pieces. Mix both single-harvest and multiple-harvest crops. Single-harvest plants give you all their fruit at once, while multiple-harvest plants keep producing over time.
After this, buy Bee Eggs from the Honey Shop and hatch them into bee pets. These pets automatically apply the pollinated mutation to your plants.
Use the Bee Swarm Event
The Bee Swarm Event happens automatically every hour on your server. During this event, wild bees fly around and pollinate random plants in everyone’s gardens. When you see bees flying around, that’s your cue to start harvesting. Check all your plants for the golden, shiny look that means they’re pollinated.
Honey Farming Strategy
Once you understand the basics, here’s how to set up a honey-making machine:
- Start by buying one Bee Egg from the Honey Shop using your first bit of honey. Hatch it and let it work on pollinating your plants.
- Plant your entire garden with heavy fruits. Focus on crops that produce 2kg or more per piece.
- Wait for your bee pet to pollinate enough fruits, then trade them for honey. Use that honey to buy more bee eggs.
