When Will General Grievous Release in Fortnite?

Instead, he will be released on May 15, 2025, at 9 AM ET. This is about two weeks after the season begins, giving players time to enjoy the initial Battle Pass content before this character arrives.
General Grievous will be available to all players who own the Galactic Battle Pass. The Battle Pass costs 1,000 V-Bucks, or you can get it through Fortnite Crew if you’re a subscriber.
How to Unlock General Grievous
You will unlock General Grievous by completing his own special set of challenges. When May 15 arrives, a new page will unlock in your Battle Pass with special quests. If you played through the Godzilla event, you will be familiar with this.
These quests will help you earn XP quickly, allowing you to unlock General Grievous and his cosmetic items on the same day of his release if you complete them all. The specific details of these quests haven’t been revealed yet.
What Comes With General Grievous?
The General Grievous set will include a total of 14 different cosmetic items. Here’s what we know so far:

The LEGO variant of General Grievous will not match the classic design that many fans know from the LEGO Star Wars games. Instead, it will be a new version created specifically for Fortnite.
Who is General Grievous?
For those who might not be familiar with the character, General Grievous is a feared Kaleesh cyborg who serves as the General of the Separatist droid army in the Star Wars universe.
Grievous is known for his collection of lightsabers taken from Jedi he has defeated, and his ability to wield four lightsabers at once thanks to his mechanical arms that can split into four. He was trained in lightsaber combat by Count Dooku and became one of the most feared enemies of the Jedi Order during the Clone Wars.
