The One UI 7 Beta is now live for the Samsung Galaxy S24 series, introducing a game-changing feature for call management. While Samsung has long allowed users to record phone calls, this update takes it a step further—letting you transcribe them into text. Here’s everything you need to know.
What is Call Transcript on One UI 7?
Samsung has added a few more features to its Galaxy AI suite with One UI 7, and Call Transcript is one of them. When call recording is enabled, all your recorded calls will automatically be transcribed into text for later reference.
You don’t need to manually take notes or listen to the entire recording again. This feature easily converts your call recordings into readable text and even identifies who said what. This is very similar to the Transcribe Assistant feature we saw with One UI 6 at the time of the Galaxy S24 release, just that it now works for call recordings too instead of voice recordings.
