Gameplay Features
This is where the update really shines, players have actually been asking for relationship upgades. Your Zois can now have way more realistic relationships and family situations:
- You can adopt kids now. Just use your computer to open the adoption menu. If your Zoi is old enough and has enough money, they can adopt a child.
- There’s also medical help to have kids that costs 1,000 Mew. This works for single Zois or couples. The kid will look like one or both parents.
- Having babies without marriage is now a thing. This lets you create all kinds of different family stories.
- Teenagers can have relationships with each other now. These are super cute and awkward, with shy talks and sweet first dates. You might get random events like secret love letters or meeting your crush after school.

QoL Improvements
Several big systems got major changes to make your Zois feel more lifelike:
- Body Changes. Your Zois now get fatter or more muscular based on what they do. Work out a lot and they’ll get buff. Eat too much and they’ll gain weight. Fitter Zois don’t get tired as easily during exercise.
- Two new fitness things arrived: swings and hula hoops. Kids and adults can both use them.
- Prison is way more realistic and tough now. No more vending machines, meals only happen at certain times, and the beds suck. This makes getting arrested feel like it actually matters.
- Starting money got changed to make buying a house easier while still giving you goals to work toward. Welfare only gives you money once now, so families need to get jobs.
- Young adults stay young way longer now because players asked for it. Middle age is shorter, and all the kid stages last longer so you can enjoy them more.
- Pocket Market has 8 new items in four types:

- Practical
- Charming
- Silly
