As previously teased, the Z Fold 7 will be the “thinnest, lightest, and advanced foldable yet”. The foldable phone will measure 4.5mm when unfolded and 9.5mm when folded. Furthermore, it will weigh just 215 grams, making it lighter than the S25 Ultra at 218 grams.

Furthermore, the Z Fold 7 will have a 6.5-inch cover display and an 8.2-inch inner screen with a punch hole camera. This is a noticeable upgrade over the 6.3-inch and 7.6-inch panels on the Z Fold 6.

The Z Fold 7 will be available in three storage variants: 256GB, 512GB, and 1 TB. It will be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite and will be available in Blue Shadow and Jet Black.

Meanwhile, the Z Flip 7 will have a bigger 4-inch cover display and a 6.85-inch inner panel. Interestingly, Z Flip 7 will use the Exynos 2500 rather than the Snapdragon 8 Elite.

Samsung will also introduce a cheaper and more affordable Z Flip 7 FE. It will have an identical design to last year’s Z Flip 6 and could use the same Exynos 2500 processor.

What Else To Expect At The Samsung Galaxy Unpacked Event?

Well, apart from its new foldable phones, the South Korean giant will also introduce its Samsung Galaxy Watch 8 lineup. This will include the Samsung Galaxy Watch 8 and Watch 8 Classic.

Samsung is bringing the Classic model back after a hiatus of two years. The rotating dial feature was a hit with the fans who have been asking for it forever. Furthermore, we will also see the Samsung Galaxy Ultra 2, a successor to the Ultra introduced last year.

There will also be an affordable Galaxy Buds Core, an affordable pair of earbuds. Moreover, we will also see a glimpse of Project Moohan, the first Android XR headset by Samsung, as well as Galaxy G Fold, the company’s 1st tri-fold phone.
