There are a few things coming in the latest Update 6 from Kick a Lucky Block, but the main feature this week is the Kick Battles event. If you have been playing solo since the start, now is a great time to rope in your friends and make things competitive. Here is our Kick a Lucky Block Kick Battles event guide.
What Are Kick Battles in Kick a Lucky Block?
Kick Battles are a brand new competitive mode in Kick a Lucky Block where you go head-to-head against your friends or rivals. The goal is to kick the lucky block as far as you can, collect the best brainrots, and outscore everyone else in the match.
It is not just about kicking hard, though. The brainrots you bring back from each kick get added to a shared pool. At the end of all the rounds, whoever has the best collection of brainrots from that pool wins the entire match.
How to Start Kick Battles
To get into a Kick Battle, look at the left panel of your screen. That is a new Kick Battles button. Hit it to start setting your own match. From there, you have a few things to customize before your friends join:
| Setting | Options | Details |
|---|---|---|
| Rounds | 1 to 5 | Choose how many rounds the match will last |
| Gamepasses | Toggle on or off | Decide if Game Pass perks are allowed in the match |
| Players | Up to 5 | Invite friends directly to join your battle |
Once your settings are locked in, invite your friends using the invite option inside the battle menu. Up to five players can join a single match, so you can get a solid group together before starting.
Kick a Lucky Block Kick Battles Match Guide
When all invited players accept and you start the battle, a timer kicks off on top of the screen for everyone at the same time. All players must kick their lucky blocks simultaneously. There is no waiting around for your turn. If you miss the timer, then you will get eliminated for that round, and it will be a total disadvantage for you.
Each round, the brainrots you collect go into the shared pool. After all rounds are done, the game checks who contributed the best brainrots overall. The player with the strongest haul is declared the winner.
If you are setting up a longer match, going with 3 to 5 rounds gives everyone more chances to catch up or pull ahead. A single-round match is faster but leaves less room for comebacks.
Tips for Winning
Going in blind is fine, but a few things will give you an edge. First, set the right number of rounds for your group. More rounds mean more brainrots in the pool, which makes the final result more interesting. Second, think about whether to allow gamepasses. If some players have them and others do not, it can create an uneven match, so toggle them off if you want a fair fight.
Most importantly, do some weightlifting before starting a battle. The stronger you are, the farther your lucky block will fly to faraway zones, and the rarer the brainrot you can get. Landing big kicks consistently is the best way to earn better rewards and improve your chances of winning.
New Kick Styles
Update 6 also brings new Kick Styles into the game. These are variations on how your character kicks the lucky blocks. They actually add a fresh layer of personalization to how you play.

You can interact with Bacon Kicker NPC, just next to the Run Upgrade shop, and buy three new kick styles from him:
| Kick Styles | Kick Speed Boost | Price |
|---|---|---|
| Mule Kick | x1.25 Kick Speed | 500 Mastery |
| Stomp Kick | x1.25 Kick Speed | 125 Mastery |
| Retro Kick | x1.25 Kick Speed | 1,250 Mastery |
Update 6 makes Kick a Lucky Block a lot more social and competitive, especially with the Kick Battles event. Try it out and see who really has the best kicks!
