Set to be the thinnest and lightest phone in the lineup, it will compete with the upcoming iPhone 17 Air. A new leak has revealed everything about the upcoming phone just a week before its official launch.
Samsung Galaxy S25 Edge Set To Launch On May 13
According to a new courtesy of tipster Evan Blass, the upcoming S25 Edge will launch on May 13, 2025. We know the leak is legitimate because the tweet has been taken down due to a copyright strike.

Furthermore, the phone will go on sale from May 23 in Korea and China, while you can buy it globally from May 30, 2025. Another leak, courtesy of WinFuture has given us details about the price and specifications of the phone.
The price of the Samsung Galaxy S25 Edge will start at 1249 Euros for the base variant with 256GB storage. Moreover, the 512GB model will retail for 1369 Euros, and the phone will be available in three different colors.
Based on the price, the S25 Edge sits right between the S25 Plus and the top-of-the-line S25 Ultra. You will be able to buy it in Titanium Jetblack, Titanium Icyblue, and Titanium Silver colors, with the back glass made from Gorilla Glass Victus 2.
S25 Edge Specifications
The Samsung Galaxy S25 Edge will have a 6.7-inch 2K AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate. Moreover, the phone will have an ultrasonic fingerprint sensor and Gorilla Glass Ceramic 2 for protection.
Powered by the flagship Snapdragon 8 Elite for Galaxy, it offers top-of-the-line performance paired with 12GB of RAM. The phone will ship with One UI 7 based on Android 15 and will be available in 256GB as well as 512GB model..
As for the main highlight of the phone, it will measure 5.85mm and will weigh 163 grams. Despite the thin form factor, the phone will have a Titanium frame and IP68 for durability.
As for the optics, you get a 200-megapixel primary with OIS and a 12-megapixel ultrawide. Sadly, there is no telephoto lens here, and there’s a 12-megapixel selfie camera.
Another compromise is the battery, which is limited to 3,900mAh, the smallest in the S25 series. The charging speeds are also noticeably slower at 25W wired and 15W wireless.
