The highlight of the Logitech G309 mouse is that it can let you game for over 300 hours on a single charge with the Lightspeed wireless dongle. It weighs 86 grams when you add a single AA battery to use it in wireless mode. It can become as light as 68 grams when you remove the AA battery. However, there’s a catch to achieve that such a stellar battery life. You’ll need to use it with a Powerplay wireless charging desk mat for $120. It’s quite similar to the 20+ hours battey life promising TWS (True Wireless Stereo) ear buds, but only when used with the case.
The Logitech G309 charges when used with the Powerplay mat’s wireless charging system. It houses the Hero 25k sensor teams with hybrid Lightforce optical-mechanical switches to deliver the best performance. These hybrid switches give tactile feedback while being fast due to optical actuation. You can make the best of the six programmable switches on the mouse to adjust them to suit the games you play.
