616 Day Vault Event Brings Back Rare Skins
The big highlight is the 616 Day Vault event starting June 13th until June 20th. This is Marvel Rivals’ way of celebrating Earth-616, which is the main Marvel universe where most comic stories happen. For one week only, you can buy six limited-time bundles that haven’t been available for a while:
- Venom – Snow Symbiote Bundle
- Magik – Frozen Demon Bundle
- Rocket Raccoon – Wild Winter Bundle
- Groot – Holiday Happiness Bundle
- Hawkeye – Galactic Fangs Bundle
- Captain America – Galactic Talon Bundle
New In Store
Two new bundles are joining the store at the same time the vault event starts:
- Invisible Woman – Future Foundation skin
- The Thing – Future Foundation skin
The Future Foundation costumes are known for being white and black instead of the usual blue, which gives these heroes a completely different look from their standard outfits. These aren’t limited-time like the vault skins, so you don’t have to rush to buy them during the week-long event.
Fixes
- All Platforms:
- Doctor Strange can now use emotes in Doom Match.
- Career stats for Trusty Sidekick and Gifted Healer now display correctly.
- Career Highest Rank Eternity scores are now fixed.
- In-game Friends status updates work better in team lobbies now.
- Fixed the Hero Ban feature that had some rare cases where it wouldn’t work, which could mess up competitive matches.
- Heroes:
- Fixed Doctor Strange’s portals that sometimes opened directly into spawn rooms when there was lag.
- Winter Soldier’s Ultimate could get interrupted if Moon Knight’s Ankh ability hits him at exactly the wrong moment. Now it’s fixed!
- Fixed Jeff and Storm’s Team-Up, which had a weird bug where Jeff would move at super speed in extreme cases.
