Marvel Rivals Season 2.5 is dropping soon, and it’s bringing some awesome new skins we’ve all been waiting for: the Ultron X-Tron and Groot Yggroot skins. Here’s everything you need to know about getting your hands on these exclusive skins and what they’ll cost you.

When Are Groot and Ultron’s Skins Coming to Marvel Rivals?
You can grab both the Groot Yggroot and Ultron X-Tron skins starting May 30th, 2025, when the Season 2.5 update goes live. We don’t have the exact time yet, but we’ll update this as soon as NetEase releases a piece of official news.
Groot Yggroot Skin Bundle and Price
This version of Groot is totally different. He has gray-white bark with glowing blue energy running through him, giving him a magical space-tree look. Floating orbs in green, purple, and blue add to the mystical feel. Based on leaks, it is going to be a Legendary skin. To get this costume for your locker, you need to pay 2,200 Units for the whole bundle. In the complete bundle, you will get the costume, special MVP animation, emote, nameplate, and spray.

Ultron X-Tron Skin Bundle and Price
Not only getting an auto chess mode named after him, but Ultron is getting a makeover, too. Sure, he’s always been a robot, but this version looks cooler and way more intimidating. Instead of his normal silver look, he has gold and bronze armor with bright red energy glowing from his chest and eyes. His design is more detailed and feels fancier, especially with that glowing chest piece. This Epic rarity costume bundle is way cheaper than Groot’s, though. It will cost you 1,600 Units for all 5 cosmetics included in the bundle.

How to Get Ultron X-Tron and Groot Ygroot Skins in Marvel Rivals
If you want to get these legendary and epic skins, you can follow these steps:
- Update Marvel Rivals to the latest version and open the game.
- Click on the Store tab from the main menu and look for the Costumes section.
- Choose either the Groot or Ultron bundle (or individual items if they sell them separately).
- Pay with your Units.
Don’t have enough Units? You can buy more through the game’s currency shop. Keep an eye out for special Unit bundle deals during skin events, as they sometimes offer better value. Also, remember you can trade Chrono Tokens for Units if you have them. Which skin are you planning to get first?
