Samsung debuted Galaxy AI with the S24 series and has now integrated it into its new line of foldables. While there are many Galaxy AI features in the S24 series, some have taken Southeast Asia and Oceania (also called SEAO region) by storm. The below three are the most used Galaxy AI features as per a Samsung report.
As per the report, 4 out of 5 smartphone owners who don’t have a Galaxy smartphone are considering updating to one that comes with Galaxy AI. Looks like Samsung is going to capture more market in the coming years. There is no doubt that Galaxy AI is popular among its user base and has had an impact on how people interact with the world around them and get things done.
The report further says that 2 out 3 Galaxy smartphone users use Galaxy AI, a solid 67% user base. Not bad seeing how young AI is. The three most popular Galaxy AI features that appeal to these non-Samsung users are Generative Edit, Circle to Search, and Live Translate.
- Circle to Search (92%): A smart gesture-based AI feature that allows you to search for anything that you can see on your screen by simply drawing a circle around it. Works on any screen and any app including when you are on a video call.
- Transcript Assist (90%): You can translate text, transcribe recordings of your meetings, and generate summaries using this feature.
- Generative Edit (89%): Useful for those who love photography and drawing. You can resize, realign, and even reposition objects in a photo and generate the remaining bits using Galaxy AI.
