Fishing Brainrots has been blowing up over the past month, and the developers are listening to what players want. They’re adding lots of new features to keep up with other popular games on Roblox, and the Expedition event is their latest addition. If you’ve been grinding on your regular conveyor belt and want something fresh, expeditions are about to become your new favorite thing. Here is the complete My Fishing Brainrots Expedition Event guide.

What is the Expedition Event in My Fishing Brainrots?
The Expedition event is a special mode that pops up randomly throughout the day. You’ll see a big board in the game with a timer that counts down to the next expedition. Most players say expeditions happen roughly every 45 minutes to an hour, so keep an eye on that timer if you want to join.

The special thing about the Expedition event is that there are some brainrots that you can collect there that will never ever spawn on the regular conveyor belt. Plus, the brainrots also cost way less during expeditions. We’re talking about serious discounts here. Some players report buying a Dragon brainrot for just $750T during an expedition when it normally costs much more. This is your chance to grab rare brainrots without breaking the bank. Moreover, you can also find other items inside chests, like a luck boost, while exploring.
How to Join My Fishing Brainrots Expeditions
For now, there are two types of expeditions available in the game. Here is the guide on how to join them:
1. Bon Voyage / Voyager
The Bon Voyage expedition is the first one. You can send one of your brainrots on a boat trip from the back of your island. Then, your brainrot will go on its own expedition and come back later with rewards for you. The better your brainrot, the better the rewards you’ll get. But there’s a trade-off: Higher-tier brainrots take several hours to come back. You’ll need to decide if it’s worth sending your best brainrot away for a while or if you’d rather keep it and send something smaller.
2. Plane Crash
When the Plane Crash expedition is ready, you’ll get a notification on your screen. Click the Explore button if you want to join, then wait for other players to hop in, too. Once enough people are ready, everyone gets teleported to a completely different island.

This island works differently from your normal fishing plot. You won’t be waiting around for brainrots to spawn on the conveyor belt anymore. The expedition island is all about speed and exploration. Brainrots appear as loot scattered around the island, and you can buy them directly on the spot.

But remember that you’re competing with other players. Everyone on the expedition can see the same brainrots, so you need to move fast. Run around the island, explore every corner, and snatch up the good stuff before someone else does. It’s like a mini treasure hunt. You only have 80 seconds to roam around the island until you get teleported back to your plot.
3. Cargo Shipment

This expedition takes you to a massive cargo ship packed with towering shipping containers, where you will need to search through tight spaces and stacked crates to find the hidden treasure. Just like the plane crash expedition, a notification will pop up when it becomes available, and you must confirm it before being sent in. Once inside, you will need to move quickly and plan your path carefully, since the maze-like layout can slow you down if you get lost.
4. Volcano

This expedition drops you into a dangerous volcano filled with flowing lava and risky platforms. Falling into the lava will not end your run, but it will respawn you inside the volcano and cost you valuable time during the treasure hunt. Because of this, every jump matters, so careful movement and timing are key if you want to reach the treasure before time runs out.
Expedition events are a pretty awesome addition to My Fishing Brainrots. You get cheaper brainrots, new islands to explore, and extra rewards from them. Next time you see that expedition timer counting down, don’t skip it. Jump in, explore the island, and stock up on discounted brainrots while you can.
