S25 Edge Specifications
Let’s start with the design, the main highlight of the S25 Edge. It is shockingly thin at 5.84mm and weighs just 162 grams. For reference, the base S25 weighs 162 grams and is 7.2mm thick. When the phone eventually arrives, it will compete with the Apple iPhone 17 Air, rumored to be 5.65mm in thickness.
The Samsung Galaxy S25 Edge will sport a 6.56-inch 2K AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate. Furthermore, the phone will be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite processor for Galaxy, the same as the rest of the S25 lineup.
Although one major downside is that Samsung has compromised on the battery. It has the smallest battery in the S25 series at just 3,900mAh, even lower than the base S25.
Another letdown is the cameras, as the S25 Edge only has a dual camera setup. You get a 200-megapixel primary and a 12-megapixel ultrawide-angle sensor. There is no telephoto lens like the rest of the S25 lineup.
The charging is also the slowest in the S25 lineup at just 25W, although there is wireless charging support.
