One Piece Episode 1127 Recap

The episode starts with Luffy in the gigantic form of Gear 5, holding Kizaru by his grip. He spins him around and throws forcefully across the island. Now that Kizaru is out of the way for a while, Vegapunk and the Straw Hats use this chance to prepare for an escape from the island.
Atlas goes to the Lower Stratum to override the Pacifista’s control, so the Pacifista won’t attack them during the escape, as no one on the Island has higher command authority status than the Vegapunks.
Dr. Vegapunk also requests to join Atlas on her way to Lower Stratum when he sees Bonney in a bad condition after being kicked by Kizaru in the face. Sanji, Jinbe, and Franky also join him on his detour. Meanwhile, Bonney fights with the Marine soldiers trying to escape.

The scene shifts to Zoro and Lucci, who are engaged in a fight. Luffy watches their fight from the top and asks Zoro if he needs help. But Zoro, being Zoro, refuses his offer and tells him to just focus on Kizaru.

Lucci praises Zoro by saying he has gotten strong enough to be the number two of the Emperor of the Sea. We then see Kizaru using the Yasakani Sacred Jewel, which makes multiple light clones of him. Each one of them uses the lightning sword to fight Luffy.

Luffy tries to get rid of them, but fails since they were all holograms. When he thought he had Kizaru for good, Kizaru tricked him by managing to get to Stella. He gets hold of Usopp and asks him about where Dr Vegapunk went.
Not long after, we see Vegapunk, Atlas, and Sanji trying to get to Bonney using a vehicle. Kizaru tries to strike it down with his laser beam, but Luffy eats it midway and releases it through his eyes. The episode ends with Atlas taking over the control of Pascifista from the Navy, while we get to see a glimpse of Saturn.
One Piece Episode 1128 Preview
In the preview, we see Saturn getting up from his chair. It seems like Saturn might finally join the battle to stop Dr Vegapunk from escaping. A pentagram also appears on the Island, which may have been created by Saturn for a quick teleportation to the Island.
The preview also shows the continuation of the fight between Luffy and Kizaru, while Sanji finally gets into a fight. Bonney also seems in danger, as we see her almost getting hit by Kizaru’s laser beam.
