- Samsung’s latest One UI 7 introduces a new feature called Alarm Groups.
- This lets you group multiple alarms for the same task or routine.
- You can turn all alarms in a group on or off with a single tap.

If you’re someone who sets multiple alarms for the same thing, only to end up missing them or snoozing them without realizing, you’ll really appreciate this One UI 7 feature. Among all the new additions like Now Brief, Now Bar, and more, one that quietly stands out is Alarm Groups. It’s a simple but genuinely helpful feature that lets you turn your alarms on or off all at once.
For example, if you wake up at 9 a.m. for gym, you might have alarms set for 8 a.m., 8:15 a.m., 8:30 a.m., and so on. If tomorrow is a holiday and you want to turn off these alarms, you can do it with one single toggle instead of scrolling through your entire list and switching them off one by one. The same goes for when you want to turn them back on.
Now, let’s walk through how to create alarm groups on any Samsung Galaxy phone running One UI 7. You can check the list of eligible devices here.
Method 1: Create an Alarm Group, Then Add New Alarms
The first way is to create an alarm group first, and then start adding new alarms to it. Here’s how:
1. Open the Clock app.
2. Tap the three-dot menu on the top right and select Alarm Groups.
3. Make sure the feature is toggled on.

4. Tap Add Group and give it a name.
5. Once added, select the group and tap the + icon.

6. Create the alarms you want to add to this group, one by one.
7. When you’re done, you can easily turn all these alarms on or off at once by tapping Turn all off or Turn all on below the group name.

8. Your group will appear at the top of the Alarm tab in the Clock app.
Method 2: Group Existing Alarms Directly
The other method lets you select existing alarms and group them together directly, like this:
1. Open the Clock app.
2. Tap and hold an alarm to select it. Then, tap any other alarms you want to include in your new group.
3. Once you’ve selected all the alarms, tap Group at the bottom.
4. Give your group a name and tap Add.

5. Your group will appear at the top of the Alarm tab in the Clock app.
6. Tap it, and you can turn all the alarms on or off at once by tapping Turn all off or Turn all on below the group name.

That’s it. Alarm Groups make it super easy to manage your routine. You don’t have to scroll through your list to turn off five different alarms. Just group them once and control them all with a single tap.
This is one of my favorite underrated One UI 7 features. What’s yours? Have you tried the new ones yet?
