Finding Marlon Friend
You can locate Marlon Friend at two different spots in the game. The first location is at Moosewood, where he hangs out near the central docks area. His GPS coordinates are 360, 134, 230 if you need precise directions. The second spot is at Waveborne, where you’ll find him standing next to the Sea Traveler NPC.
Getting to Marlon Friend is straightforward – just walk up to him and press E to start chatting. He’s pretty laid-back and will greet you with a simple “Yo!” before giving you access to the friend quests menu.
How Friend Quests Work
When you talk to Marlon Friend, a menu opens up. You can see your current quest and choose to team up with other players on your server if you want.
If you finish a friend’s quest by yourself, you get one spin on the prize wheel. But if you team up with someone and both of you finish your quests, you each get two spins. This makes playing with friends worth it since you get more chances at good rewards.
Friend quests are also nice because there’s no waiting time between them. You can start a new quest right after finishing one. You also can’t skip these quests, which keep things fair.

The reward system uses a spinning wheel with six different prizes. Each prize has different chances of showing up:

When you play with a friend, you need fewer quests to get the same rewards. For example, you’ll get 15,000 XP after about 2 paired quests instead of 3-4 solo quests.
