A new world just dropped in Sailor Piece, and getting there is not as simple as only using the teleport. You need to complete a quest first. This guide will walk you through the entire process of finishing the Blood Flower quest, so that you can unlock Isolation Island in Sailor Piece as quickly as possible.

How to Unlock Isolation Island in Sailor Piece

Isolation Island is the newest world added in the recent Sailor Piece update, tied to the Tokyo Ghoul content drop. To unlock this island, you need to prove yourself by finishing the Blood Flower Quest first, which sends you across multiple islands in Sea 2 to collect hidden items.

It's pretty similar to the old Hogyoku quest from Sea 1, or the Ancient Fragment hunt that unlocks Sea 2 itself. When you unlock Isolation Island, you will also be able to get the new Black Reaper melee fighting style.

How to Start the Blood Flower Quest in Sailor Piece

The first thing you need to do is head to Starter Island in Sea 2. After you teleported there, go to the back side of the teleporter, and fly straight to the edge of the island, toward the mountain area.

The Blood Flower NPC is tucked away on top of the mountain. Interact with him, accept the quest, and only then start collecting the items.

All Blood Flower Locations in Sailor Piece

There are six Blood Flowers spread across Sea 2, and the cleanest way to grab them is in a set order. This route avoids backtracking and keeps things moving.

Flower 1: Starter Island

Since you are already on Starter Island after talking to the NPC, do not leave yet. Go back to the teleport, then head to the left side and walk behind the mountain. The first flower is sitting right there, very close to the spawn.

Flower 2: Bizarre Island

Teleport to Bizarre Island. From the spawn, go to the right side and walk behind the mountain. Go toward the colosseum area, and you will see a gap between the mountains. The second flower is hiding in that spot.

Flower 3: Punch Island

On Punch Island, once you spawn, go directly to the back of the mountain, just adjacent to the teleporter. You will see the Blood Flower tucked deep in the corner between the glass building and the rocks.

Flower 4: World Island

This one trips people up because it is on the lower part of the island. Teleport in and head down to the area where all the NPCs hang out. Find the Power NPC and check directly behind them. The fourth flower is there. If you stick to the upper part of the island, you will never find it.

Flower 5: Slayer Island

The fifth flower is the trickiest one. From the Slayer Island spawn, walk straight toward the Sun God boss spawn area. However, right before you reach the gate to that area, turn right.

You will see a small house there and also two trees standing close together. The flower is hidden in the second tree, so look carefully and do not run past it.

Flower 6: Blue Planet Island

Last stop. Teleport to Blue Planet Island and head toward the Spirit Warrior NPC. On the left of that NPC is a mountain, and behind that mountain is your final Blood Flower (check the arrow in the image below).

What Happens After You Unlock Isolation Island in Sailor Piece

Once you grab the sixth flower, the quest completes automatically, and Isolation Island unlocks. You can then teleport over there and start exploring the new Tokyo Ghoul-themed content waiting for you there. The whole quest takes around 10 to 15 minutes if you follow the route above and do not get sidetracked by mobs or other players.
