The Slime Quest in Sailor Piece is one of the more interesting quests in the game because it takes you across almost every major island. It's basically a scavenger hunt, and the reward at the end is worth every second of searching. Check out our Sailor Piece Slime quest guide!
How to Start the Slime Quest in Sailor Piece
Before you start looking for any Slime Pieces, you need to officially activate the quest first. Head to Slime Island using the teleporter and find the Slime Key Crafter NPC.

Once the quest is active, a small tracker will pop up on the left side of your screen showing that you need to collect 7 Slime Pieces in order. Remember that you can't grab them randomly. You have to collect them in the correct sequence.
All 7 Slime Piece Locations in Sailor Piece
| Slime | Island | Location Detail |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | Desert Island | Under the large fossil, near the skull |
| 2 | Snow Island | At the base of a tree behind the center body of water |
| 3 | Starter Island | On a tree branch next to the right house's rooftop |
| 4 | Jungle Island | On top of the watchtower |
| 5 | Shibuya Station | Far end of the map, close to the right building |
| 6 | Hollow Island / Hueco Mondo | Between the two large towers |
| 7 | Shinjuku Island | On top of a slanted tree on the right-back side of the island |
Here's a breakdown of every fragment and exactly where to find it:
Slime Piece 1 – Desert Island
Go to Desert Island and move forward from the teleporter toward the market stalls and the Desert Bandit NPCs. You'll spot a massive dinosaur bone fossil nearby. Duck underneath it and look near the skull section. That's where Slime Piece 1 is hiding.

Slime Piece 2 – Snow Island
On Snow Island, teleport in and walk toward the igloos in the center of the map. Walk behind the igloos, towards the body of water in the middle of the map. Walk to the left side and look up at the tree above. The Slime Piece is sitting right at the base of that tree.

Slime Piece 3 – Starter Island
Head to Starter Island and find the first house on the right side of the island. Climb up onto the roof of the hut, then walk out to the nearby tree branch. The Slime Piece is there.

Slime Piece 4 – Jungle Island
On Jungle Island, look just across the portal area. There's a tall wooden watchtower there. Climb your way up to the roof of the structure. Slime Piece 4 is sitting right up there waiting for you.

Slime Piece 5 – Shibuya Station
Teleport to Shibuya Station and walk towards the location of Panda Sorcerer boss NPC. Keep walking past him, and in the corner, go left. The Slime Piece is sitting right there near a glass panel on the floor.

Slime Piece 6 – Hollow Island
Head to Hollow Island. From the teleporter, walk past the Manipulator sword boss area and look for the two large industrial towers on the left, just behind the massive skeleton. The Slime Piece is tucked right in the gap between the two towers at the base.

Slime Piece 7 – Shinjuku Island
The last one is on Shinjuku Island. Walk toward the very right side of the island, go to the back, until you spot a slanted tree. You need to jump quite a few times to reach the top of this tree. The last Slime in Sailor Piece is located up on one of its branches.

What Do You Get After Finishing the Slime Quest in Sailor Piece?
Once you collect all seven Slime Pieces in order, go back to the Slime Key Crafter NPC on Slime Island. Talking to him again unlocks the ability to craft Slime Keys. With Slime Keys, you can summon the Demon Lord (Rimuru) boss. Each summon costs Slime Keys, which you craft using Slime Shards dropped by Slime Warriors on the same island.

Here's a quick breakdown of the reward chain:
| Step | What You Get |
|---|---|
| Collect 7 Slime Pieces | Unlocks Slime Key crafting |
| Farm Slime Warriors | Get Slime Shards |
| Craft Slime Keys | Used to summon the Demon Lord |
| Defeat Demon Lord | Drops Slime Core |
| Use Slime Core | Required for Ascension |
The Slime Core from the Demon Lord is what makes all of this worth it. You need it to ascend your character, so this quest is basically mandatory if you want to push your build further.
The Slime Quest isn't the longest quest in Sailor Piece, but it does send you all over the map. Once you finish it, you unlock access to a whole new boss fight and a key resource for ascension. It's one of those quests that's definitely worth doing sooner rather than later.
