Sailor Piece has multiple progression systems that affect your character's power. Races give passive buffs, runes boost specific stats, traits multiply your damage, and devil fruits change your combat style entirely. Some options are significantly stronger than others. This Sailor Piece tier list ranks everything from best to worst so you know what to aim for when grinding.
Our Criteria for Ranking
We ranked each category based on three factors: overall power, availability, and versatility.
Power measures how much the item actually improves your character. Higher damage multipliers, better defensive stats, and useful passive abilities all increase power rankings. Options that give small bonuses or niche effects rank lower.
Availability considers how difficult it is to obtain. Items requiring hundreds of boss kills with 0.5% drop rates rank lower than things you can get through simple quests or cheap purchases. Pity systems improve rankings since they guarantee eventual success.
Versatility looks at whether the item works in multiple situations. Options that excel in both PvE farming and PvP combat rank higher than specialized picks. Items that only work with specific builds or playstyles get penalized.
We combined these three factors to create overall tier rankings from S (best) to D (worst). S-tier options are worth grinding for immediately, while D-tier items should be avoided entirely.

Swordblessed leads with the highest total damage, 20% sword damage multiplier, 80% max HP, 10% damage reduction, and 3% lifesteal. The combination makes it the absolute best race for sword builds.
Galevorn matches Swordblessed's damage (75%) but focuses on melee instead of swords with 20% melee damage multiplier. Same defensive stats (80% HP, 10% damage reduction, 3% lifesteal) make it perfect for melee-focused builds.
Sunborn offers 70% total damage, 20% sword damage, 80% max HP, 10% damage reduction, and 3% lifesteal. The high HP pool combined with strong sword damage makes it excellent for sustained combat.
Servant provides 67% total damage, 18% melee damage, 75% max HP, 10% damage reduction, and 4% lifesteal. The highest lifesteal in the game keeps you alive during extended fights.
Slime comes in with 65% total damage, 17% sword damage, 70% max HP, 10% damage reduction, and 3% lifesteal. The well-rounded stats work great for sword users.

Kitsune offers excellent versatility with 10% melee and sword damage, 50% total damage, 60% max HP, and a 25% luck multiplier that increases drop rates. The balanced offensive stats work for any build while the luck bonus helps with farming rare items.
Leviathan provides the strongest sword-focused alternative to Slime with 17% sword damage, 60% total damage, 65% max HP, and 5% lifesteal. The high HP pool and lifesteal make it perfect for sustained combat.
Oni works beautifully for melee-focused builds that need both offense and defense.

Shadowborn gives 20% shadow damage, 50% total damage, and 55% max HP. The shadow damage bonus only applies when using shadow-based abilities, limiting its versatility compared to higher tiers.
Shinigami provides 20% Aizen damage, 45% total damage, and 50% max HP.
Vessel offers 20% Sukuna damage, 35% total damage, and 40% HP. The Sukuna damage bonus makes it viable only for Sukuna-focused playstyles.
Limitless works well for Gojo builds but falls short for general use.
Hollow is appealing, but the Ichigo damage restriction limits flexibility.
Player's character-specific bonus makes it a niche pick for Jinwoo users only.

Demon
Epic

Vampire
Epic
25% Total Damage, 30% Max HP, 5% Lifesteal
Demon offers 35% max HP, 20% sprint speed, and 30% damage. The sprint speed helps with mobility but the overall stats lag behind higher tiers significantly.
Vampire provides 30% max HP, 25% damage, and 5% lifesteal. The lifesteal is useful but the low damage and HP bonuses make it underwhelming for endgame content.

Human has no buffs whatsoever and serves only as the default starting race. Replace it immediately.
Fishman bonuses only matter during early leveling and become completely useless once you hit max level.
Skypea viability is trivial and offers no combat benefits.
Mink grants 20% sprint speed and 20% jump height. Like Skypea, the mobility bonuses provide zero combat advantages.
Orc offers stats that are too low to compete with any higher rarity race.

S Tier
Rune
Stats/Description
Havoc
82% Damage at max level.
Wrath
59% Damage at max level.
Havoc Rune sits at the top with an insane damage increase at max level. This multiplier applies to all damage types, making it universally powerful regardless of your build. The problem is maxing it requires 502 total rune duplicates, which means hundreds of dungeon runs.
Wrath Rune is easier to justify as a temporary option since it still gives 59% damage at max level. The lower material investment makes it more accessible while still providing strong damage output.
A Tier
Rune
Max Level Stats
Destruction
+37% DMG (x1.37)
Fortune
+15% Luck
Destruction provides solid damage increases without the extreme grinding requirements of S-tier runes. The balanced stats make it a good choice for players who want strong performance without dedicating weeks to farming.
Fortune improves drop rates for rare items and boss materials. The luck multiplier helps you obtain accessories, swords, and fighting style materials faster, making it valuable for long-term progression.
B Tier
Rune
Stats/Description
Inferno
Burn for 104% of total DMG for 4 seconds
Blood
Bleed for 97% of total DMG for 5 seconds
Guardian
+59% Max HP (x1.59)
Inferno adds fire damage to your attacks and works well for specific elemental builds. The damage bonus is respectable but the elemental restriction limits its versatility.
Blood increases lifesteal and health regeneration. The sustain helps in difficult boss fights but the lack of raw damage makes it less appealing than higher tiers.
Guardian boosts defense and damage reduction. The defensive stats are useful for tanky builds but most players prefer maximizing damage output instead.
C Tier
Rune
Stats/Description
Frost
• Stun enemies for 3 seconds • 44% DMG impact
Suppression
15% DMG Reduction
Frost slows enemies with ice damage. The crowd control effect has niche uses in PvP but offers minimal benefit for PvE farming routes.
Suppression reduces enemy damage output. The defensive utility rarely outweighs the value of simply killing enemies faster with offensive runes.
Celestial is the best overall trait with a massive 2.20× damage multiplier, 1.65× defense, and 30% cooldown reduction. The high damage output lets you clear bosses and farming routes significantly faster while the cooldown reduction increases your DPS by allowing more frequent ability usage.
Singularity sits right behind it with slightly lower damage (2.10×) but higher defense (1.75×), making it better for difficult content where survivability matters. The defensive multiplier helps you tank boss attacks that would otherwise one-shot you. It also has 30% cooldown reduction.
Cataclysm provides 2.00× damage, 1.70× defense, and 30% cooldown reduction. The damage multiplier is excellent and the cooldown reduction matches Celestial, but lower overall stats keep it in A tier.
Overlord offers 1.90× damage with the highest defense multiplier in this tier (2.00×) and 25% cooldown reduction. The well-rounded multipliers work for both PvE farming and PvP combat.
Malevolent gives 1.80× damage, 1.50× defense, and 20% cooldown reduction. The balanced stats help during boss fights but the slightly lower damage holds it back from S tier.
Transcendent provides 1.75× damage, 1.65× defense, and 20% cooldown reduction. The multipliers are solid but not exceptional.
Infinity offers 1.70× damage, 1.60× defense, and 20% cooldown reduction. The balanced stats are valuable but the lower damage multiplier limits its effectiveness.
Godspeed grants 1.55× damage, 1.50× defense, and 25% cooldown reduction. The high cooldown reduction improves DPS but the low damage multiplier falls short of A-tier options.
Sovereign gives 1.65× damage, 1.85× defense, and 15% cooldown reduction. The high defense is appealing but the low cooldown reduction is limiting.
Genesis provides 1.40× damage, 1.40× defense, and 15% cooldown reduction. The multipliers are acceptable but offer nothing special.
Dominator offers 1.50× damage, 1.45× defense, and 10% cooldown reduction. The stats are respectable but the low cooldown reduction is limiting.
Unstoppable gives 1.45× damage and 1.70× defense but no cooldown reduction. The defensive bonus helps slightly but the lack of cooldown reduction and low damage multiplier is limiting.

Fiend (Blood)

Light Fruit is mandatory for fast leveling. The extreme movement speed cuts travel time between bosses in half, letting you reach level 2500 quickly. The laser beam attacks also provide solid damage output throughout the entire leveling process.
Quake Fruit excels at farming mission NPCs since the earthquake attacks hit entire groups at once. The area-of-effect damage makes it the most efficient option for completing mass enemy quests.
Fiend Fruit (Blood) dominates endgame PvE with vampiric strikes that heal you while dealing damage. The sustain lets you solo difficult bosses without needing constant healing items.

Dark Fruit provides the highest raw damage of any fruit. The void energy attacks hit extremely hard but lack the mobility of Light or the sustain of Fiend.
Spirit Fruit turns you partially invisible and lets attacks pass through you. The phasing ability makes you nearly invincible in PvP when used correctly.
Kitsune Fruit calls fox spirits to attack and creates illusions of yourself. The versatile kit works well in both PvE and PvP situations.
Dragon Fruit grants dragon transformation with powerful breath attacks and flight. The damage output is excellent but the transformation has a cooldown.

Flame Fruit burns enemies with fire damage and lets you fly. The flight is useful but Flame deals less damage than Magma.
Ice Fruit freezes targets solid to stop their movement completely. The crowd control is valuable in PvP but offers minimal benefit for PvE farming.

True Aizen currently ranks as the strongest sword in Sailor Piece. Getting it requires owning the base Aizen sword first, then collecting 1 Evolution Fragment, 3 Transcendent Cores, 8 Divinity Essences, 15 Fusion Rings, 75 Chrysalis Sigils, plus the Transcendent Being title. The damage output justifies the massive 35,000 gem cost and material grind.
Yamato sits just below True Aizen with comparable damage and different material requirements. The 30,000 gem cost plus the Blade Sovereign title and specific materials make it equally expensive but the stats match True Aizen almost perfectly.
Shadow Monarch requires the King of Swords title and the Sung Jinwoo V1 sword before you can even start the upgrade process. The final stats rival both True Aizen and Yamato, making it worth the investment for dedicated players.
A Tier
Rimuru provides excellent damage with a 30 million cash cost and Demon Lord title. The high stats work for endgame content but fall slightly short of S-tier swords.
Escanor drops from the Escanor Boss with 0.6% to 1.85% chance. The damage is strong but the low drop rate makes it frustrating to obtain.
Ichigo offers solid performance with 500 Boss Tickets or materials from the Ichigo NPC. The accessibility makes it a practical choice for reaching endgame.
B Tier
Shadow costs 10 million cash plus various materials. The stats are respectable but the investment is high relative to the performance.
Aizen requires 6 million cash, 10,000 gems, specific materials, and multiple quests. The base Aizen is necessary for True Aizen but has limited standalone value.
Sun Jinwoo needs 2.5 million cash and quest completion. The stats are decent for mid-game progression but outclassed by higher tiers.
C Tier
Ragna costs 1 million cash and specific materials. The damage is acceptable but nothing special.
Saber drops from the Saber boss at 2% or costs 65 Boss Tickets. The stats are mediocre for the effort required.
D Tier
Dark Blade costs 250,000 cash and 150 gems. The low damage makes it obsolete once you reach higher levels.
Katana costs 2,500 cash on Starter Island. This is a beginner weapon that should be replaced immediately.

Gilgamesh comes close with 25 million cash, 22,500 gems, Golden King title, and multiple boss-specific drops. The moveset provides massive burst damage that melts bosses.
Blessed Maiden requires Astral Empress title and various Tempest Relic materials. The abilities offer excellent crowd control combined with high damage output.
A Tier
Strongest damage is exceptional but slightly below S-tier options.
Strongest of Today requires the Strongest Sorcerer title and materials from the Limitless Key boss. The moveset works beautifully for both PvE and PvP.
Madoka costs 20 million cash, 15,000 gems, and extensive material farming. The abilities provide strong damage with useful utility.
B Tier
Alucard requires Vampire King title, Vampire race, and specific materials. The damage is solid but the race requirement limits flexibility.
Sukuna costs 1.25 million cash and various materials. The moveset is decent for mid-game content.

10% Damage, 15% Max HP, 10% Jump Height, 10% Money Gain, 10% Gem Gain
Sasaki
Common
7% Damage, 10% Max HP, 10% XP Gain
Raikage stats are too low for serious use.
Sasaki offers 7% damage, 10% max HP, and 10% XP gain. The XP bonus only matters during leveling and the combat stats are terrible.
Sailor Piece has deep progression systems with clear best-in-slot options for each category. Focus on getting S-tier races (Servant or Slime), traits (Celestial or Singularity), and clans (Pride or Monarch) first since these provide the biggest power increases. Devil fruits matter most for leveling speed - use Light or Quake until 2500, then switch to endgame options. Accessories, swords, and fighting styles require heavy boss farming but are worth the investment once your base stats are solid.
