True Aizen in Sailor Piece is one of the most overpowered swords. It belongs to the Mythical rarity and can make you comfortable in end-game and PvP combats. However, getting the sword isn't easy. You must grind hard for items, kill various enemies, defeat bosses, and more to obtain this outstanding piece of weaponry. How to Get the True Aizen Sword in Sailor Piece
You must clear many steps and perform multiple sweaty in-game tasks to be able to purchase the True Aizen Sword. The True Aizen Sword NPC sells the sword, and he has a separate requirement that you must complete to make the purchase. He is located on the Soul Society Island, which you must unlock by completing the Hogyoku quest. With that said, below is a step-by-step guide to obtaining the True Aizen in Sailor Piece:
Step 1: Getting the Aizen Sword
The very first thing you can farm is the Aizen sword. You can purchase it from the Aizen Trainer NPC (shown in the picture above), who is located on the Hueco Mundo. First, you must complete his quest and unlock access to purchase the sword. Here are the quests:

After completing all five quests, the Aizen Trainer NPC will let you purchase the Aizen Sword. You must give him 60m cash, 10k Gems, and a few items to purchase it. Here is the list of items and how to get them:

Step 2: Accessing the Soul Society
You can access the Soul Society island only after completing the Hogyoku quest, which requires collecting six Hogyoku Fragments that are scattered on various islands. It is purple, glows, and is often found on a tree branch. Receive the quest by interacting with the Hogyoku Quest NPC on the Hueco Mundo Island. Note that you must be at level 8,500 to initiate the quest. Completing it requires collecting and submitting six Hogyoku fragments. Here are their location:
Hogyoku Fragment 1
It is located on Snow Island. Go straight from the spawn point, and you can find the first fragment on a tree branch.
Hogyoku Fragment 2
You can find the second fragment on the Shibuya Station Island. To find it, you must climb top of the building with a green billboard. Once there, go towards the back of the billboard to find the fragment glowing on the roof.
Hogyoku Fragment 3
You can locate the third fragment on the Hueco Mundo Island. Go towards the Aizen boss spawn point. Advance towards the left from it and climb on the pipe-type structure to find the fragment.
Hogyoku Fragment 4
Shinjuku Island is where you'll find the fourth Hogyoku fragment. Move towards the right from the spawn point and climb on the short destroyed building with the Strongest In History NPC. Then, climb on the square stone structure attached to the building. Climb on the left side of the stone and find the fourth fragment.
Hogyoku Fragment 5
You can find the fifth Hogyoku fragment on Slime Island. After spawning on the island, walk in the right direction where you'll encounter Slime Warrior mobs. Go past them, and you'll find the fragment on a tree branch.
Hogyoku Fragment 6
The sixth Hogyoku fragment is located on the Judgement Island. Once there, move towards the right side of the spawn point. Go around the structure, taking the river's path. You will find the fragment behind the structure.
Step 3: Purchasing the True Aizen Sword
After submitting all Hogyoku fragments to the Hogyoku Quest NPC, you will have access to the Soul Society Island. There, you can find the True Aizen NPC who grants you the True Aizen sword in exchange for some items. Here is their list and how to obtain:

You must fight the True Aizen boss multiple times to obtain all the required items. So, be ready with your best weapons to take him head-on. The True Aizen boss is also located on the Soul Society Island. However, he won't spawn automatically like the Aizen boss. You'll need one Chrysalis Sigil and give it to the True Aizen Summoner NPC to spawn the boss.
