Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra Mockups Hint at Rounded Corners

Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra Camera Tips and Tricks

Samsung usually sticks to a consistent design language with its premium Galaxy S-series of smartphones. That may change next year. UniverseIce, a tipster with not-so-accurate history, shared the mockups of Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra on Twitter. And the new design change hinted that the Korean giant might be moving away a bit from the rectangular design of its top-tier smartphone.

When you compare the Galaxy S24 Ultra to the recently launched Google Pixel 9 Pro XL, the difference is quite noticeable. The Pixel 9 Pro XL hase more rounded corners, which look distinctly impressive when compared to the Galaxy S24 Ultra. However, Samsung may take a different design path from next year.

The mockup of the Galaxy S25 Ultra shows rounded corners than the Galaxy S24 Ultra. Also, the S-Pen design remains nearly the same. If we compare the design of the current year’s Ultra flagship with the S25 Ultra, most things appear the same except the rounded corners. However, this is still a very early mockup and it’s not difficult to make 3D renders of the next smartphone based on preferences and requirements.

Also, the leaked design change is a mockup at the end of the day. The change in the screen size or other physical attributes seems unlikely. As it is, Samsung uses a titanium chassis with a vapor chamber for better cooling and a solid feel of its top-tier phone. When it comes to the display, it won’t be surprising if Samsung uses the M14 OLED screens that the upcoming iPhone 16 Pro series might carry. Besides, the major changes might appear in the camera section with slightly bigger sensors. Besides, we’d recommend taking most of these details with a grain of salt.
