If you've already cleared the Amalgamation Raid on Easy and you're looking for a real challenge, Hell Mode is waiting for you. This difficulty has faster attacks, new moves, a one-life rule, and a boss that actually heals herself right when you think you're close to winning. This guide breaks down every phase and every major attack to help you make it through Raid Hell Mode in Sol's RNG alive.
What Is Raid Hell Mode in Sol's RNG?
Hell Mode is the harder difficulty of the Amalgamation Raid, which features The Amalgamation, also known as the Maiden of the Red Full Moon. She's the second raid boss in Sol's RNG, and she's a completely different beast in this mode compared to Easy.
To access it, go to the red portal on the right side of the spawn. Interact with it, and a menu will open where you can browse rewards, pick your boss, and switch the difficulty using the arrows at the bottom right of the screen.
Before you go in, here's what's different in Hell Mode:
| Feature | Easy Mode | Hell Mode |
|---|---|---|
| Max Players | 8 | 4 |
| Lives | Multiple | 1 |
| Dash Cooldown | Normal | Longer |
| Boss HP | Lower | Higher and scales per player |
| Exclusive Attacks | No | Yes |
Sol’s RNG Raid Hell Mode Guide
Boss HP and How It Scales
The boss doesn't have a fixed health pool. Her HP scales depending on how many players are in the fight. She starts at 20,000 HP, and an extra 13,000 HP is added for each additional player. With a full four-person squad, you're dealing with a massive health bar.

If a player leaves mid-fight, the HP automatically adjusts down to match however many people are still alive.
Picking the Right Aura
When you first enter the arena, you'll get to choose your aura. You can pick from your own collection or grab one of three rentals marked with a purple border. Rental auras deal 70% of their normal damage, so always use your own aura if you have a strong one available.

The Archangel Aura is one of the top picks for this fight. Its projectile ability hits reliably from a safe distance, which fits perfectly with the strategy of staying far away from the boss.
Sol's RNG Raid Hell Mode Phase Breakdown
Here is the breakdown for each phase in Hell Mode:
Phase 1 – 100% to 81% HP
This phase introduces the boss's faster attack patterns and the Hell-exclusive Creeping Thorns. Three thorn lines appear on the ground before erupting, trapping players in a WASD minigame if hit. Failing the minigame can leave you vulnerable to follow-up attacks.

Other attacks include:
- Scarlet Crystal Burst
- Ruin Beam
- Molten Rock Throw
- Five-Stone Array
Phase 2 – 80% to 31% HP
The boss becomes more aggressive, teleporting more often and gaining new attacks.

- Feral Onslaught
- Crescent Slash
- Crimson Rush
At 60% HP, the boss summons a Blood Orb. Do not attack it. The orb absorbs damage and releases shockwaves before disappearing on its own. Destroying it early triggers a map-wide explosion that can instantly take down players.
Phase 3 – 20% HP and Below
When reduced to 20% HP, the boss fully heals and enters the final phase. The phase begins with a map-wide attack that can only be survived by standing in the correct shield:

| Shield | Capacity |
|---|---|
| Red Shield | 1 Player |
| Blue Shield | 2 Players |
Too many players in a shield will cause it to fail. Key attacks include:
- Echo Clones
- Meteor Rain & Ruin Beam Assault
- Explosive Assault
- Cornering Ruin Beams
- Scream
- Oblivion Beam
Raid Hell Mode is one of the hardest things to do in Sol's RNG right now. But once you understand the patterns and have the right aura equipped, it becomes a fight you can consistently clear. Just stay calm and use what you've learned here. Hope it helps!
