It’s one of the most talked-about features coming to the game, and for good reason. Here is the complete Steal a Brainrot Trade Machine guide.

What is the Trade Machine in Steal a Brainrot

The Trade Machine is a new in-game machine that lets two players trade Brainrots directly with each other in a safe and official way. It was first teased by the game’s developer, SpyderSammy, through a community poll on January 22nd, 2026. The community went wild for it because over 20,000 players voted in favor of adding it, making it one of the most requested features in the game’s history. That kind of response says a lot about how badly players wanted this.

How to Use the Trade Machine in Steal a Brainrot

So the machine appears to have three screens. One screen is for one player, another screen is for the second player, and the middle screen is likely there to display what’s being traded. There is also a lever in the center. Using the machine is easy. Just follow these steps:

  1. Walk up to the Trade Machine and interact with it. A pop-up notification will appear where you can browse players currently in your server, check your friends list, or search for a specific player’s account.
  2. Find the person you want to trade with and click Send to send them a trade offer.
  3. If they accept, a new pop-up will open. Your offer will show up on the left side, and their offer will show up on the right side.
  4. Both of you then pick the Brainrots you want to put up for the trade.
  5. Once you’re both happy with the deal, click Ready, and the trade will go through.

That’s really all there is to it. The whole process is designed to be simple and clear, so both players always know what they’re agreeing to. If you’ve ever lost a rare Brainrot to a scammer, you already know why this feature matters so much. It’s a long time coming, and it looks like SpyderSammy delivered.
