You can send these upgraded gifts to others and see their reactions when they open their unique collectible gift in the chat.
Note: Upgrading a gift requires a small amount of Telegram Stars.

Telegram has made service messages more interactive. Now, when someone sends you a gift, joins a group, or starts a video call, you can send a reaction to those service messages.
