There are four Templar Hunts spread across different regions of the Caribbean. Each hunt features a different ally who asks Edward Kenway for help eliminating dangerous Templar targets.

How to Unlock All Templar Hunts
You won't be able to access any Templar Hunts when you first begin the game.
Instead, you'll need to progress through the main story until you complete This Old Cove. After finishing this mission, all four Templar Hunts become available simultaneously and appear in your Quest Log on the world map.
If you're already collecting the best Weapons or trying to unlock every Outfit and Armor set, this is a good point in the story to start completing these side quests before continuing with the main campaign.
All Templar Hunt Rewards
Every completed Templar Hunt rewards you with a Templar Key.
Since there are only four optional hunts, you'll collect four keys from these missions. These keys are required to unlock the legendary Templar Armor stored inside the Manor at Great Inagua.

Where to Get the Fifth Templar Key
You actually need five Templar Keys to unlock the Templar Armor.
The first key isn't tied to a side quest. Instead, you automatically obtain it after defeating Du Casse during the main story mission A Single Madman. After completing the following mission, This Old Cove, the remaining four Templar Hunts become available, allowing you to collect the last four keys.
Once you have all five keys, return to the Manor at Great Inagua to unlock the Templar Armor.
Help a Brother Out Trophy
If you're hunting achievements or trophies, you'll only need to complete one Templar Hunt to unlock the Help a Brother Out trophy.
While any of the four questlines will work, Rhona Dinsmore's Templar Hunt is generally considered the quickest to finish, making it the fastest option if you're only interested in earning the achievement.
