The Forge’s Island 4, Crimson Sakura Island, introduces a new questline from the Shogun that leads to a tough boss fight against the Asura Incarnate. Completing these quests requires defeating different enemy types scattered across the island, and the final boss rewards you with the recipe for Shogun’s Chestplate. Here’s how to find the Shogun, complete his quests, and reach the Asura Incarnate boss arena.
Finding the Shogun on Crimson Sakura Island
The Shogun is located in the Hall of the Shogun, which sits on a separate area called Shogun’s Island. From the spawn point on Island 4, head right through the gate and take a right at the fork in the path. After passing the guard statues, take another hard right through a second gate. You’ll see a temple with a distinct roof in the distance. Keep going straight to the temple entrance guarded by lion statues, and inside you’ll find the Shogun waiting with quests.
Shogun Quest Breakdown
The Shogun gives you five quests total, but you only need to complete four of them to unlock access to the Asura Incarnate boss. Here’s what each quest requires:

The difficulty ramps up significantly as you progress. Mountain Apes are the easiest enemy type, while Savage Apes hit much harder. Samurai Apes and Monk Pandas are even tougher and require decent weapons to take down efficiently.
Reaching the Asura Incarnate Boss Arena
After completing at least four Shogun quests, you can access the Asura Incarnate boss fight. Head to the Shrine of Rootwarden, which is marked by a golden light. From spawn, pass through Aurelia Hall and go through Bamboo Grove. When you exit Bamboo Grove, take the first right turn and you’ll reach the shrine. Use the option to enter the boss arena. When the timer ends, you’ll be teleported to Asura Incarnate’s Temple for the boss fight.
